Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Cambridge - Hotel in Cambridge - 8779 Georgetown Rd, USA

Had a horable stay. My sisters and I have stayed here 2 times before. Had no problems then. This time we went to our room and found a half empty bottle of soda in the window sill. In the bathroom there looked to be kitty litter all along the walls. I let them know at the front bask. He did not seem to be interested about what we had to say.. When it was time for bed. We layed down and noticed the sheets were really musty. Good thing I brought my own blanket. We will go somewhere else next time.

The hotel is conveniently located right off the freeway. The front desk staff was friendly and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. Hannah made it so great! Gave us tips on restaurants and things to do.Every employee here seems to love their job and are really engaged! We would not hesitate to stay here again and we do recommend this location.

Room was nice but they didn't have anywhere for my dog to use the restroom. I had to just use any grassy area. Also the parking closer to the entrance is on a slope so it was hard to get my things out of the car without my door trying to close on me.

Check in and check out was easy. The first room I got was in the process of being cleaned but they quickly made sure I got a that was ready. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly. It was quiet while inside the room, inside the building and no road noise outside.

Front desk staff was quick and didn’t waste time. Bed skirt had dark brown stains, in multiple areas, that you didn’t even have to look for. TV remote didn’t work and buttons on TV were sticky. Hot water works but takes three to five minutes to warm up at all. Price was $40 more than price listed on Google. It’s a tiny room (yes I know it’s a microtel) but the price is the same as a normal hotel. If you’re going to charge hotel prices then put a little more money into upkeep

Positive: The room was very well made and clean. Staff helpful. Negative: I had a bad fall in bathroom after shower. The floor was very slippery and I hit my head on tub and shoulder on toilet seat! I did not complain, because I am too nice! Also taxes too high from initial price!

Room wasnt as bad as other reviews say my biggest problem was the breakfast was cold in the morning. I had to warm it up in the microwave and there’s no actual sugar for the coffee. They only carry the fake stuff like Splenda. I really enjoy getting coffee in the morning before I get ready to leave

Location was right off interstate and close to restaurants and store. Which we needed. Service was good. Room was clean and comfortable. View out of window was a concrete wall! But we were there to sleep so it was not a terrible thing!
