The room is very nice in size with well equipped appliances furniture and TV. The motel manager is very pleasant and helpful with residents needs. The housekeeping is a bit slow on returning items on towels and sheets. Sometimes I wait even 2-3 days for returns unless I call office but manager always provides for me. I like it here! 😊

absolute worst experience i’ve ever had at a motel. tried to charge me over $100 for one day and then got an attitude with me when i said no and requested she refund the money she already took from me. this motel has the worst front desk staff they’re incompetent and will do everything they can to get more money out of you. for the love of god go ANYWHERE but here. bugs all over the room, motel staff opening your door without knocking at all hours of the day, rude incompetent staff at the front desk. 0/10

Good customer representives. Well where should I get started. Exterior hotel and lobby area look nice. Hotel room needs upgrade. Replace all towels you may consider buy new towels they won't cost you a lot of money. Breakfast included offer only breads, batters, and hot coffees not variety of choice. Best location, right across mcdonals and major highway. Budge stay. I have issues with cleanliness other than that, not a bad place.

Zero stars. Do not trust any of the reviews that are more than 1 star, they are clearly paid reviewers. Rooms were filthy and crawling with bugs, obviously hadn't been cleaned, everything broken and in disrepair. We checked in, walked up to our room and immediately went back downstairs to tell them no thanks, and cancel the room. We didn't even want to set our bags down it was so disgusting. The front desk offered to give us another room, but...no. She called the "manager" and was told to go look at the room. I went with her to point out the dead bugs and all of the broken and dirty areas. She said, "Besides the dead bug everything is acceptable." So, that pretty much tells you what you need to know. The disgusting bug infested room is acceptable according to this hotel. We were refused a refund from the hotel despite the truly unsanitary and gross state of the room. Later we reviewed our credit card bill and found that even though we booked through our credit card, the hotel charged us for the room as well. This place is nothing but a scam. Do not stay here. Sleep in your car if you have to, honestly. This hotel is filthy, the management is awful, and there are other options in the area. Edit: Reply to response from hotel This was not an unusual circumstance, review after review say the same things. Dirty, bugs, rude staff, scammy refund practices. You're preying on people. Apology not accepted because you could issue a refund you are choosing not to. Myself, my CC company, and their travel vendor all tried to talk to you for a refund, but you refused. Guest satisfaction isn't even on your radar. Scamming people out of money is all you're really concerned with.

Positive: Staff was pleasant. Negative: On line the room was 420 sq ft and included options like an in room coffee maker (not present). In reality, the room was about 15 x 15-almost one half what was expected. The room was clean but not the halls. Repair need i.e. curtain rod, bath shelves.

Not up to Wyndham standards. The people at the desk were nice and the checkin and checkout were good but the room was horrible. Dead crickets on the floor. The bedding and towels were stained and dirty and the bed cover on one bed was ripped. It as just dirty. They had cut out a space in the granite counter in the bathroom and stuck the toilet under the sink which was really odd. I hate that I wasted my reward points on this hotel. I do not recommend.

We stayed here for one night and got in late and they were all super nice and easy to deal with. The room was the cleanest room and the most comfortable bed I've ever stayed in in Ardmore. The people who run the front desk have super respectful kids.

ZERO STARS if I could!!! Beware!!!! There is NO WAY this is a Microtel property let me start by saying that. The owners are living in the property. As soon as I walked in, the smell of stale grease and spices was overwhelming. I checked in and my room was directly above from the owners hotel room, turned into an apartment. Their door was propped open and people were yelling. A large full size fridge was blocking part of their apartment doorway and kids running in and out. I could hear people yelling from their apartment on the second floor. I went into the room and was appalled. Dead bugs in the floor, stains on linens, mildew on the bathrooms and a window unit covered in dust. I went back to the front desk and reviewed the findings. The front desk staff offered to show me another room. Upon looking at another room, the conditions were the same. I reported I would not be staying and requested a refund. Staff refused but directed me to talk to the manager the next morning. When I spoke with him this morning, he again refused. I mentioned I would be posting a review and he stated, “Go ahead. Do it,” then hung up on me.
