The worest custmer service, I have sent our printer to be fixed a month ago and they fixed, then it stopped again, I spoke to the tech who was so rude on the phone showing that he is not willing to help and tried to hung up showing no professional customer service. I do not recommend this place althought it is recommeded per Epson which I am going to contact them to tell them about their real face.

Dropped of my son's PC to troubleshoot. Stopped turning on after my son tried to self install a new CPU. Turns out I need a new motherboard now. At least the diagnostics were free. Thanks for your quick service. The staff is very helpful and very knowledgeable. I've now gone there several times and I'm always happy with the service and the price.

Paul and his mother Rosemary are the definition of "old school customer service". I called with a wide format printer issue that was a couple months out of warranty. Paul got my warranty extended through next year and he had a refurbished replacement for me in 7 days. He went above and beyond to get me printing my large documents again. When a large part of a business is printing 11x17 pages and your printer goes down, you are handcuffed. Paul got me up and running in 7 days. Not to mention it did not cost me a penny for the service. If you need computer or printer service, Micro Data Systems should be your first and last choice. I will not go anywhere else from here on out. Thank you so much.

Work done was exceptional. Computer tech does need to be a great deal more pleasant when dealing with customers Servile attitude of superiority can turn off potential customers.

I went here for finger prints. Fast, easy, professional. Rosemary was a joy to work with. I suspect the bad reviews are from a bunch of stuck up Karen's who believe the world revolves around them and do not understand how a business works.

Marvelous people. Have been going there 10 years, would not think of going elsewhere. Paul has built a fine operation, reasonably priced, one of high integrity staffed with a skilled, ethical, and helpful team. Adam, who I had worked with most in the past, is extremely knowledgeable and so patient with those of us who are technologically challenged. A few years ago Matt gave me excellent advice on printers. And now I see Paul’s mother is at the front desk treating clients with charm and grace. A few weeks ago Windows 11 and a lethargic computer were giving me fits. I was quoted the standard estimate, which was not too different from three years before, later to be pleasantly surprised $45 had been taken off because the job took less time. How is that?
