Micro Center - Computer store in Westbury - 655 Merrick Ave, USA

This is THE place to shop for computers and pretty much all other electronics. They have great prices and an amazing selection of computers and anything computer related. They also have an incredible build your own computer department staffed with knowledgeable staff. Just make sure you ask when you can't find something or when you need help. The staff does not follow you around unless you ask for help and they are helping you. This is also the place for computer gaming too. You name it, they have it. You can even buy equipment to set up your online podcast. If you have not been here yet, you have to make the trip.

Definitely a weird experience….. guy in the front was trying to charge me a diog fee when I asked to just change the screen on my iPhone…. Told me a manager had to approve the waive and 5 sec later said you know what I’ll waive it…. Apple sent me there so that’s just crazy… screen came today and it was changed… I get my phone back I pay and iPhone cover missing and phone locked for 8 hours…… why is the question???? I pay almost $500 to change the screen and I get my phone back locked for 8 hours that’s just horrible service!

Had an amazing experience when we went to get a mechanical keyboard for my wife. I believe the persons name was Chris. Gave her the best options available to the type of keyboard she wanted. Amazing customer service overall.

Very friendly staff and knowledgeable. They stock all levels of prebuilt pcs and helped me pick out a beautiful one for my gaming needs. Some people (like me) don't have the time or the competence for building their own pcs, so they make the process of getting a high quality pc easy and wonderful for us

A fantastic electronics shop. They primarily sell computers, and they also sell essentials for computers, such as monitors, mice, and printer ink, among many other things. They have a wide selection of electronics, such as laptops and desktop computers. The employees here are always friendly and knowledgeable. They help you out without hesitation and they will ensure you make the right choice. Micro Center is fantastic. I went here to purchase a new laptop on April 7, 2024, and today (September 9, 2024), I brought it in for repair. Both times, the employees were friendly and helped me with my computer needs. They will ensure my laptop is repaired in a timely matter and will text me about updates. All in all, Micro Center is fantastic and I would suggest everyone to come here if you need a new laptop or if you need it repaired, or if you need to purchase essential electronic equipment. Thank you, Micro Center, for always bringing about a great experience.

If you’re not shopping at microcenter for all your tech and pc needs in 2024 you are not of sound mind. The bundles are crazy good deals (7800x3d, mobo and 32gb of ram for 500?? Hello??? Its peak) staff is friendly and there is just so much STUFF in stock. Graphic cards galore. See that baby below? Couldn’t have done it without microcenter

My go too spot for all things technology, the workers are friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable about anything. Always a great time when I visit the store to make a purchase. I’d recommend this location to anyone!

After Radio Shack died out, I needed a place to go to get not just computer equipment and electronics, but the little wires, connectors, gadgets, and physical widgets to get projects done. Enter MicroCenter. I'm super grateful that this place exists and I like it way better than Best Buy or P.C. Richard for the things I need.
