What a place ! If you're into tech, this place is definitely worth the drive. It had a wow factor ! We had them build our sons computer. They were extremely fast and knowledgeable.

If the tech world had a heaven, this would be it. This place is way too good to be true. Everyone is very nice and helpful! In my opinion, Mr. Kyle S. should get employee of the month every day! He is the perfect customer service role model. Thank you to everyone for making this location an amazing place to buy tech stuff!

Generally a good experience. It can be a little annoying to be asked so often if you need help when you don't need it. But it is also very nice to have staff asking to help. It's very different from many businesses nowadays when it can be difficult to even find an employee. The employees generally know what they are talking about, but I had one time recently where I assumed the employee was correct about what ports a specific raspberry pi, and bought the part they assured me would work. It didn't, so I had to make another trip to return it. The return process was quick and smooth. That one recent negative experience aside, the staff really does generally have useful knowledge and gives good advice. The variety of products is great! The pricing of products can vary a bit compared to Amazon pricing for the same product.

This is my first time I went to Micro Center when I heard about it from YouTube. It was worth my 30 minute drive from Cleveland to get my psu replaced on my pc since my old one being a 12 year old CX430 had seen better days. My CX650M upgrade was definitely worth doing and also fixed my pc having an issue from clicking shut down from the old one taking 5 minutes to shut down before to now only half a minute.

Absolutely horrible I waited and waited to purchase an Applewatch. They could not find the watch that I wanted. They stated the watch is not in the place that it should be. I patiently waited and waited so now it is approximately 20 mins and still the representative could not find the watch. As of the writing of this post I’m still waiting. I’ll update on how long it took to locate the product as soon as they find the product ( seemingly they are not stocking the items where they belong) okay it’s been 3 min the representative comes back and states we do not have the watch that you want I want a 44mm not a 40mm. The representative Jim was very kind to try and find me a 44 mm for the price that I would like to pay. I’ll update Jim is still searching. Okay Jim has searched tirelessly I should say. Truly an electronics superstore. I was not able to find any of the GTX 30 Series or Radeon 6000 here, but as of 2020, you can't find them anywhere. Though the store does sometimes get them in but I assume you have to be there at opening time given that I live three hours away. I am not up for the task. Doesn't matter if I found a graphics card for a reasonable price as well as the other components to upgrade my pc. Staff is very knowledgeable and the prices are reasonable. You can find pretty much anything you need for your computer. Edit I was actually able to get a 30 series here, but I got lucky Further update At this point, the supply of graphics cards has stabilized. You should be able to get a top of the line GPU with little fuss.

Great experience! I am looking for a computer to take with me to college. I walked in to the Mayfield Heights store not sure what I was really looking for. I was a little nervous because I’m not very knowledgeable about computers, but I was immediately greeted with a friendly face. The employee helping me, who kindly introduced himself as Ron, let me wander aimlessly without putting any pressure on me, while still making himself available to help if I changed my mind. After I realized that aimless wandering wasn’t the route to take, I let him know that I was looking for a laptop for college, but I wasn’t sure exactly what I was looking for. He asked me all of the right questions, and I have a much better idea of what I want thanks to my conversation with him. He patiently explained all the specs in simple terms, and steered me away from ideas that probably wouldn’t work well in a college setting, or those that were probably more than I needed. I haven’t made a purchase yet, but Ron was very understanding, and provided me with detailed printouts and notes on several of my best options. When I make a decision, I’m grateful that I will feel confident in my choice. Thanks Ron!

Can't believe this place is still in business. My first trip to MicroCenter was over 30 years ago and it is better today than it was back then. Prices are a bit higher than you can get online or Amazon, but totally worth the extra money to support the business and to be able to browse and touch all of the options for computers, printers, monitors, you name it. Also one of the very few places you can browse 3D printers and supplies that isn't online only. I could have spent the entire day in there. Really wish we could get one down south.
