Took my 2019 MacBook Air for service (bootloop after trying to reset to factory iCloud settings and broken USB-C port). Was told there’s bugs and water damage so my laptop is a biohazard and they can’t work on it. Having this be my spare laptop, not used outside, and no bugs in my room I was skeptical. I had another expert remove the IO Board and inspect the laptop. No bugs, no water damage. When I asked the technician at microcenter to send pictures he sent me a picture of a smushed bug on a napkin. Not sure why or how this happened but sounds like the service center was busy and wanted to close a case fast. Really disappointed and was frightened because I thought I had some kind of bug infestation in my laptop/etc. pictures of my IO board removed for proof. TL:DR Microcenter charged me $40 and said whatever they had to say to not have to work on my computer (probably because they’re busy) and pocket $40.

I hadn't been to this location in a few years, but I quickly remembered why I like this place so much. Tons of inventory, everything you need is probably in here. Employees are knowledgeable and very helpful. I actually went in for a service appointment for an Apple device. Michael Shine was the repair specialist/Apple Champion in charge of of fixing my device. He took the time to understand my device's issue and did a great job communicating what the repair process would entail. Even though the store was closing in less than 2 hours from the time I dropped off my device, he was able to repair it in time for me to pick it up the same day. I was impressed by the quality and speed of service. I would not hesitate to take any of my devices back to Micro Center for servicing; they do an excellent job and care about their customers.

My first trip to Micro Center was memorable. I've been wanting to visit one for years, and it did not disappoint. The biggest thing for me was the huge number of displays. Buying things like keyboards, mice, monitors, etc normally generally end up in you buying something online based off of reviews and photos, and hoping it's what you had in mind. Here, you can see them all in person! I can, for example, type on a dozen different keyboards and see which one feels the best to me. I can physically see all the computer cases and really gauge the size and shape way better than measurements and photos online. If you have even a modest interest in electronics, you have to take a trip here some time.

This store used to have great customer service. However, my opinion has changed after my latest visit. I came in to buy a laptop. While I was looking, I was approached by Kamau P. This man was both arrogant and condescending. He felt the need to comment on my choice to use the free Windows Defender when I declined his suggestion to purchase anti-virus. This man acted like I was going to be carrying important financial data on a cheap laptop that I bought to play some games on. The store needs to screen their employees better before hiring.

Going to micro center was a very good experience for me. The first thing I was met by over there was nice staff, asking if they could help me find what I was looking for,and having the overall knowledge of what to suggest me according to my needs. The staff were very professional in their conduct toward the customers, and I personally liked that even though yes, they want you to buy something, like every store, they didn’t push anything on you,but left the decision to you to make. I also loved that whether your looking to spend a lot or a little, there are tons of good options in your budget range. Shoutout🎺 to Alex Boswell who helped me there, very helpful.

I've been going here for years for whenever I need some computer components or anything else tech related. It's always worth the 40m drive for the cheap and competitive prices you receive. All of the staff is always very friendly and willing to help. My understanding is they get paid off commission so whenever you buy something make sure someone is getting commission for it. Even if you don't have anything in mind you want to buy it's worth a visit, there's always something new and interesting.

This location has always been exceptional. I’ve purchased TVs, soundbars, laptops, etc. and cannot recommend Micro Center enough. Nick, Brandon, and all of the staff here are beyond knowledgeable and kind. They are always looking out and make sure you get exactly what you need and are looking for.

Went to Micro Center in Baltimore to buy items that were cheaper than Amazon. Plus I had a discount coupon. Arrived early when they opened got a Ryzen Chip, Power supply, Battery Backup, Surge protector, SSD, WiFi hookup. While buying this great help from 2 gentlemen. Looked at TV's no help or recommendation so I didn't buy the TV and looked at Monitors and no help so I had time to tell myself I didn't need it. But it's great that there prices today were finally reasonable. So my 100 mile trip was worth it

The food was amazing! We ordered the C2 and pork eggrolls. The meat had a lot of flavor and eggrolls were crisp. I tried the Thai Tea and it’s been the best way I have had. It wasn’t overly sweet. Stopped in from out of state and will be back if
