Awesome place to come shop for any tech needs. Came to buy computer parts for my second build. The staff are always helpful and very informative (some are bias) but better do your own research to get a basic idea of what you are trying to build. Sometimes you will get good deals, even better than Amazon, but they will also price match with other competitors. Overall, I love coming here just to window shop and I would recommend this place to anyone who loves tech or is interested in building their 1st computer.
I came in this afternoon to pickup parts to build my own desktop for the first time. One of the employees asked to assist me and helped pickup all the parts while ensuring that I would get the best deals. It was such a fun experience and it quite literally is tech heaven. I've been shopping at Micro Center for odds and ends for many years. I'm typically in and out, with the assistance of their knowledgeable staff and large selection.
This week I had the unfortunate experience of making a fairly large purchase of a PC from a major name brand, that did not work when I got it home.
I was pretty streamed, as this represented a not small amount of my time spent, for nothing. After kicking around about what to do, return for refund or exchange, I was pretty disgruntled with the customer service, and went in there to return my purchase.
This is when I landed at Andre N's register. He was friendly, polite, fast, and efficient. While he was helping me I learned that he was 2 weeks into his new job, watch surprised me because he handled my return with the efficiency and professionalism of a seasoned pro. Maybe it was his enthusiasm for his new job, I'm not sure... but something in his attitude, while giving me my money back, made me decide to do two things: 1) write this review, and 2) let go of my irritation with Micro Center, and give them another chance....
I've always had good experiences there in the past, and unfortunately one bad experience - if not handled the right way, can really ruin things. As it happens, defective equipment resulted in Micro Center losing this sale, but Andre N's customer service skills, and enthusiasm saved them from losing a customer.
They took the time to address all our concerns and got our fan installed quickly—no hassle, no waiting days without our computer. The staffs expertise was clear, and they were an absolute pleasure to talk to. The clicking of our fan was driving my husband and I crazy, so we're so grateful for their help! We've tried other electronics stores, but this Micro Center location consistently delivers excellent service.

Had some issues with an LG monitor I bought there earlier this year. No hassle at all, I brought just the monitor in and they warrantied it no problem. I purchased another monitor that same day and got the protection plan again as it's been a life saver. Great staff, always courteous and are passionate about gaming for your needs.
Soooo many people in line to check out and only 2 registers open. But...my sweet techie engineer boy loves it here. It's like Radioshack for the Young Sheldons of today. The workers were nice, just not sure why the manager in a suit and tie couldn't jump on a register. Our cashier said he's never seen it so busy.I guess people are really getting into 3D printers and build your own robots!
Look no further for incredible service than Josh in the Repair Center, that manager is a true leader, and shows that he cares by listening and making it right - its not often you meet someone these days in customer service that puts in as much dedication as Josh does. Oh and Walt in Sales is cool too, guy reminds me of a 70s sitcom show character, A+ in salesmanship, really cool dude.
Iâd like to start out that Miles is a GREAT game master! He was very informative and never broke character throughout our entire game, even when we ask for a hint. The room terminal was incredibly well decorated and the puzzles were a lot of fun! W
