The people are so helpful and friendly and the atmosphere is very quiet and flowing. It's like a well oiled machine, and if that's what you want for your company overall it gives just that. A great flow! The instructor (J.T.) was an absolute awesome coach! He guided us through each chapter and made sure we understood what it was before we went on into the next chapter. And just to make sure that EVERYONE was on the same page we all did group activities and he went through 1 by 1 going over as a group of where we are and where adjustments and improvements could be made. (Instead of just blowing through each chapter like I'm sure some of us have experienced before). I actually look forward to our company scheduling more classes with this program/ group.

The instructor was great, very thorough they provided you with a fridge full of drinks a shelf of snacks and a balanced hot lunch.

Just like Michael, I am an employee with The Center. But I can honestly tell you that the instructors are some the the nicest, most understanding individuals you will ever meet. There are many years of experience among them and the consultants here which make each one a valuable asset to Michigan manufacturers.
If you come here for a visit, make sure you check out the facility as we moved just last Spring. We tried to pack the facility with the latest technologies to ensure that each visitor has the best experience possible whether they are here to learn or have an important meeting with one of our employees.

First visit to this place after relocation and boy they have put in some great minds in designing interior of this facility. Still have that new place feel around and attention to details is amazing. Equipped with advanced technology and great atmosphere for training.
