I ordered an unusual brandy tonight off this store's website. They said it was in stock and would be delivered the next hour. I paid and it went on my credit card immediately. When the delivery window passed I tried calling the store repeatedly. It clicked over to an automated message saying to call back another time. When 2 hours had passed I went to the store. Adrian was unfamiliar with the product and made a quick walk down one isle and said "it is somewhere around here." Of course, it wasn't. He kept passing me over to help other customers instead of giving me the common courtesy of looking up the product, trying to find it, or any action considered customer friendly. He said it would be shipped on Tuesday from another location and didn't seem to comprehend that delivery and shipping are two different things. Salem is the manager of this young man and clearly has not trained him how to provide customer service. He offered me my money back and did nothing to erase the transaction. He refused to put it back on my credit card and gave me cash, which I did not want. This whole experience was disturbing and left me with guests at home waiting for a product that was completely misrepresented. I had never been here before and would never return. What a waste of time!

Tony, the owner and manager provides customers with absolute sincerity. He and his brothers are pleasant and knowledgeable of their inventory and offer tips on their alcohol sales based on popularity.

Full selection. Prices are a bit higher, but their deals and specials are really good.

Nice local shop you can get unique items, gifts, and a great selection of craft beer! The staff are always helpful and friendly.

This business has just always been amazing. Great selection and variety and all of the staff is wonderful. A lot of them are very knowledge about local breweries, vineyards, and distilleries plus the imports. Plus the owner does his best to keep a large local selection. All in all, this place is definitely one of my favorite bottle shops within at least a 300 mile radius.

This is a One-Stop shop if you're looking for craft Brews, liquor or wine. Impressed with the selection and how they cater to a variety of taste. Driving past that you wouldn't anticipate to be a great craft Spot because it looks like your standard liquor store but don't let outside appearances for you; their selection definitely appeals to people looking for harder to find alcohol styles. They do a sell a lot of popular brands as well so it's not all just craft related. If you're looking for a BevMo / Total Wine equivalent in Dixon, CA this is your spot.

GREAT SELECTION! Very helpful staff. And, the coup de gras, if they don’t have it in stock, they’ll GET it for you!! My son can have his green apple martinis again!
