We had a group of professional athletes that stayed at the hotel for over 2 weeks. It was a large group, almost 40 people. It was planned and prepared for over 6 months. Logistics, transportation, food catering, rooms for rehabilitation and so on....Noelia and her team were GREAT! They were very professional from the beginning and did whatever was possible to make the stay of our group flawless experience. Highly recommend this hotel! Very friendly atmosphere and awesome people.

We loved this place. The rooms are very nice, clean and spacious no carpet, which we like. They are very friendly and have a restaurant in the house, as well as many choices close to the central location. With that said, our stay for future Miami visits.

We had the best wedding ever !! The staff is so friendly and nice and super knowledgeable when it comes down to preparing a wedding. Dana Valdez helped us have the best wedding !! She helped us from day one to get everything how we wanted and best of all, when the weather was not cooperating with us with heavy rains. She came thru and set us up in an area that everyone was so happy with. The whole team really does an excellent job. Highly recommended. I would definitely do any other event that I plan on doing in the future at Miami Lakes Hotel !!!

Spacious rooms with a good layout . The beds are full size and not queen . So if two people are on a bed it is a tight squeeze . They were renovating the hotel so there was a slight inconvenience. There are a lot of amenities right outside the hotel like restaurants , shops etc .

Great place for the price. Missing some simple amenities like towels by the pool. Check in experience with a car could be redesigned. The compound has good bones and could use a contemporary refresh.

We stayed here overnight as part of a package heading for a cruise ship. We found it really clean, a great size comfortable and well equipped. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was abundant! Really good food and plenty of it. The grounds are especially pretty and it was lovely to spend a little time enjoying them before our onward journey. Good location and I'd recommend to anyone needing accommodation in Miami

I was in town to attend a music festival and purchased my hotel from a 3rd party discount seller. There were no surprise fees and check-in went smoothly. The property is an older hotel, but well kept and it looks to be recently updated with new furniture and fixtures in the rooms. I wish they had more firm mattresses, but they weren't too bad. Our room was quiet allowing us to sleep soundly and wake well rested. The grounds were pretty with well maintained foliage. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had breakfast at the restaurant buffet one morning. It was basic (scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, french toast, potatoes, fruit, pastries, cereal), but pretty good. They served my favorite coffee, Cafe Bustelo, so that made me quite happy. The property is walking distance to several cute boutiques and trendy restaurants (but they close early). For late night eats, it was only a short drive 5-10 minute drive to lots of restaurants that I found online.

I had the best experience Celebrating my Wedding with an amazing staff. I want to thank Dana Valdez for allowing my vision to come to live, she made my wedding feel like a dream come true. Eva Miranda and Manny Linares made sure all my request were accomplished. I can honestly say I was able yo enjoy my very special day thanks to each of them. I also want to thank each Servers, Sonia, Dinira and Chong, they made all of us feel at home! Honestly this is the best team to have in your corner during such an important event in your life. |Thank you all!
