I was in Miami this past weekend with a few friends and one of the activities we wanted to do was play some doubles. I was tasked to find a tennis court that we could reserve. What sounded like an easy task turned out to be challenging, as none of the places I called answered this phone. Until I came across Miami Beach Tennis Center. The woman I spoke to on the phone was pleasant and knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. She even went the extra mile and texted me instructions on how to reserve a tennis court through the CourtReserve app they use. The day of the reservation went smoothly. Lori was working that day and took care of us. The center itself looks clean and offers equipment rentals, and refreshments for sale. Even though I am from out of state, I felt like I was valued as a customer. The equipment rentals they had were better than I expected, as the racquets had custom strings and grip tape. I found it interesting that the majority of the courts were clay and I asked Lori about it, and she gave me a detailed explanation why. This was another example of the center going above and beyond with this customer service. Me and my friends had a great experience playing doubles. In the future, if I am ever asked the question about recommendations on where to play tennis in Miami, there is only one correct answer in my mind: Miami Beach Tennis Center.

If your interest is on your kids learning to play tennis and get the proper training for the money paid, YOU ARE AT THE WRONG PLACE. This is based on my 7 year old who attended classes for almost 2 years. The management seems to think and act as if they own the tennis center, they are forgetting that they are only running the center for the City of Miami Beach and not doing a good job either. There are many parents that had told me this before we we enrolled our kid in classes, but i made a mistake and gave them a try. For the money there are much better tennis centers.

My friends and I came to Miami Beach tennis center for a tennis trip and the facilities, pro and Lori who manages the place are all absolutely amazing people. We were treated so well, recommendations on places to go and got some really cool swag! The courts here are well maintained for a great tennis experience.

Courts are in great shape. People are super nice and helpful. Loved my pro Brian who helped my game immensely. The operator Lori was amazing and helped coordinate our mens’ tennis weekend.

Was over for vacation and wanted to try out a local tennis club with my pal- we couldn’t recommend highly enough the staff and facilities at Miami Beach tennis Center, made us feel extremely welcome and look forward to returning in the new year
