BEWARE - this company will register all of your software and hardware in their name even products that you had prior to their arrival. Once you decide they are not completing the job as described and creating charges that are not described in the contract then you will decide to part ways. This is where you will run into issues, they will hold all of your passwords hostage to your admin accounts of which you were not allowed to have access to. This includes servers, Quickbooks, Microsoft Office and so forth. You will be unable to make any changes to these items without major expenses. Please never allow a third party IT or anyone to hold your admin accounts in their name. As a business owner you should always keep control of your admin accounts on software and hardware. Make sure your accounts remain in your name with your email only.
