This is my boyfriend and I’s go to spot for light, yummy and nutritious food. Staff are friendly and patient and make the experience that much better!
Elana and Dolores I believe were the ones who helped me when I came into order. They were extremely kind and patient as I had a reward that couldn’t be claimed. The customer service was really exceptional. Thank you again!
The food is average. Would like to have more meal choices in the menu. Noteworthy to mention that they have really good Acai Black Tea.
Pros:
1.You can choose your Bowl / flat bread/ pita along with the proteins, toppings, and sauce.
2. They offer good variety of beverages and drinks.
3. You get to enjoy free refill on all drinks.
Cons:
1. The food is cold, they did not reheat it.
2. The food did not seem fresh.
3.For those who are going to try this place for the first time, it is overwhelming to pick and choose the right protein with the right toppings or sauce.
Other remarks: The food servers/cashier did not seem so friendly or cheerful.
I always have a positive experience when I visit the Laurel location. The food is always fresh and delicious. Also, the customer service is top notch. Madelyn was very friendly and accommodating. One of my favorite eateries.
I visit today Mezeh PG and the food doesn’t have flavor, the chicken is unflavored and served barely any food in the bowl. I visit Mezeh Laurel, Mezeh Daota Crossing and its a better experience, g costumer services and really good food
I love this place. Super fresh food, great customer service. The place is always clean and inviting. The staff were super nice and greeted us with a smile as soon as we walked into the restaurant. Thank you to Christian and Rodolfo for the food recommendation and for being very friendly.
I came in bc I have been to a couple other locations and after not finding what I originally traveled to get. First off, I went into the bathroom. No soap. How do you all wash your hands if at all? Second issue, no one is in there, why does it look like no one is keeping it clean? Third, you had no spinach and the arugula, well ALL of the remaining leafy greens were wilted. I’m starting to think this business has operational and management issues. Managers not present on each shift is a surefire sign that mismanagement abounds.
