The food here is incredible. We were visiting from Portland, and consider ourselves foodies, and Meza blew us away. We got several small plates and each was so fresh and so tasty, and very reasonably priced. My partner has celiac and almost the entire menu can be made gluten-free, including amazing gluten free baguettes and noodles for Mac and cheese. If you are in the area we highly recommend making a stop.
We really enjoyed our dinner at Meza. We got the chicken, yams, cauliflower, side salad, a couple beers and the citrus cake for dessert. We split everything and it was the perfect amount for two hungry people. Everything was cooked perfectly with fantastic and interesting flavors without being too over-the-top. I have rarely been so pleased with a meal!
We’ve been in town for 5 days and Meza is by far the best food we’ve had. Real nice flavor and attention to detail.
They had a bit of a set back when we went and the staff was wonderful and compensated plenty for it. The food was very tasty. So happy to find healthier options for food in Winthrop. We will definitely be back!
Awesome place to get small plates to enjoy over craft drinks. Had the Caesar + Cauliflower dish. Highly recommend! Good vibes.
The vibe was perfect! The food was amazing and allergy friendly. The staff was very helpful when it came to the wine selection as well. Great overall experience!
This place is a hidden gem! Wonderful and diverse flavors! The chicken was superb and the broccolini had the most wonderful sauce! However due to the fact that this is one of the few restaurants open on Mondays, if you come on that day come early and order quickly because popular items run out quickly! They also have a wonderful draft root beer that has a delicious sweet flavor! Highly recommend if you're passing through this small town!
Excellent food!! Healthy, very favorable, and unique. We really liked the idea of having small plates. It was like a cross between tapas and eating "family style". We would definitely return, but it's more expensive than most - but worth it!
The food was good here, and service as well. Outdoor seating is available, overlooking the river. It can get pretty noisy and crowded, so if you're not into that, it's best to Maybe go there on a weekday.
