The fish fry was just ok. Smaller portions of fish, both the Fries and the fish could have stayed in the fryer for just a little longer as neither was very crispy. My wife had fried chicken. She said that was very good. I did like everything that came with the fish fry soup or salad, a mixed vegetable salad, bread, coleslaw was just ok. I can't right this review without mentioning our server. She was awesome. Always there for refills and anything else needed. I wish I had gotten her name.

It had been many years since I ate here. Our server told us he was very new & to be patient, understandable. I asked for sauce on the side for my chicken parm, as you see, that didn't happen. But I'm not one to complain. On the menu, the claim is Papa Luigi's but I can tell you from experience and my love for Luigi's - it didn't come close. Salad was meh. The rest was good. No paper towels in the bathroom & surprisingly a staff member did come in there but didn't put any in. Prices are reasonable. Odd thing, server asked multiple times if we were paying with cash or card, still baffled as to why. Unsure if it was because of the fee involved but I'm sure that's a press of a button. I understand the server was new, but it was an uncomfortable experience nonetheless.

I took my mom here for an early Mother's Day meal. We shared a couple of big pretzels that were amazing. Next up was some wonderful chicken kluski 🍲 soup. Delicious 😋. The waitress was exceptional 😜... friendly, efficient, and one of the better servers I've encountered. You can tell she'd been working here for a while. This is a banquet hall, and I remember coming here for my father-in-law's father's funeral...so it can serve a large group if necessary. On this day, however, I enjoyed some polish sausage and coke slaw. Mom had the steak 🥩 sandwich 🥪, which by the looks of it made me a bit envious. Next time. I loved my lunch, but I definitely want to have some of that steak sandwich 🥪 myself. Outstanding stop for lunch at reasonable prices with a friendly and semi -elegant atmosphere with Milwaukee written all over it. Ahhh...the Cream City! Go Bucks!!!

Was actually surprised at how good they were. Waitress was so nice and efficient as well. Overall great experience. Had a salmon dish to die for!!!!!

We had our daughter’s baby shower just recently and they were very accommodating to resolve a mishap. Everything was just perfect; the food we ordered, the staff, who were so generous and helpful to lead in the next servings, and everyone was so kind. My family expressed how they really enjoyed the venue.

We have had many large family events at this location and have always had incredible service and a wonderful overall experience. My mom recently passed away, and so when it came to finding a place that could accommodate her celebration of life, Meyer's was an easy selection. The event managers and staff were incredible to work with. Everyone was more than accommodating and made us feel so welcomed and well taken care of. The communication leading up to the date of the event, was great. We were notified multiple times to confirm and make sure everything was in place. The food was delicious and wasserved promptly when we had all arrived. The wait staff was simply amazing, and did such an incredible job of taking care of all 80+ guests in the room. I can't thank Meyer Restaurant enough for helping us to celebrate and honor my mother and truly take some of the burden and stress off of our shoulders. It truly means the world to our family. I would highly recommend this location for any and all events, big and small. They truly know how to provide top-notch service.

We had a beautiful celebration of life gathering and balloon release for my dad with 50 guests.. The staff was EXCELLENT, HELPFUL AND ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! and the food was very good. Everything was perfect ... Until it wasn't... Issues with bill... Seems they lost the $300.00 deposit that we paid to save the room and date.. So I was charged an EXTRA $300.00 on the day of the Celebration. (not cool) was told... I need to come back next week to show them MY paperwork for proof that I put down the deposit in order to get a reimbursement 🤨 **a deposit was required to hold the room with a saved date, along with the # of people that are expected to come! BUT Other than that ... It was very nice 💗

The server was amazing, we got lucky as she had not worked for a month and the owner had called her in to train a new guy. She was attentive, personal, and very sweet. Upon learning we were there to reserve a banquet room for an upcoming funeral event (all the catering at the home were unavailable) she shared a personal story involving her Grandfather. What started as a very hard, emotionally exhausting day ended with some much needed smiles and laughs. Can't thank her enough for that. The food was very good as well from the cheese curds to the strudel. Chicken noodle soup should not have the word "kluski" in it though, Polish kluski is a dumpling NOT a noodle out of a can. The rest was very good.
