I recently attended a hot yoga class at Metta Yoga and had an incredible experience! Jennifer, our instructor, was warm and welcoming, making sure everyone felt comfortable and included. She expertly guided us through the practice, offering modifications and encouragement along the way. The class was challenging yet refreshing, leaving me feeling invigorated and relaxed. Jennifer's kind and supportive approach created a safe and inclusive environment, making Metta Yoga a standout studio. I can't wait to return!

What a gift this studio is! I’ve taken classes with almost all of their instructors. The immaculate, welcoming and incredibly peaceful space allows for total focus during practice. In addition to the classes, I have taken private lessons with Staci. Her small tweaks and adjustments have helped me move toward mastery of my balance poses and the ever evasive chaturanga. Jen - you have created a wonderful yoga community.

The place I go when I need an hour of peace 💗 I’ve been a member of Metta Yoga for a year now. From the moment I finished my first class , I knew I would join . I now have my favorite teachers that I look forward to every week. They guide me and my body to the peaceful place I need to be. Jenn has opened another beautiful studio at Belmar. You need to try it and you will be hooked! Truly a special place with great teachers. It’s yoga , honestly it’s really much more. She’s created two studios where you can move your body and relax your mind .

So excited to have found Metta - Especially love the vast variety of class types that are offered. Between the belmar and Neptune location there is always a class on the schedule that will fit your needs for that day! Great instructors and clean space too!

Deanha had fantastic pose selection and her the practice she leads is perfect for the 6am time slot! I can't wait to see her lead more classes! Caitlin is a professional and an artist in every respect! Her practices are challenging, she leads great breath work, and her work with the sound bath class was exceptional, by far the greatest I've had in my 10 years of practicing yoga. Overall Metta leads a great community with many different types of classes and has fantastic extra events for those looking for more. The facilities are clean, the climate control is ideal, and the instructors are top of the line.

I had an incredible experience at Metta’s new yoga studio in Belmar! The instructor was incredibly knowledgeable and supportive, ensuring that everyone felt comfortable and confident throughout the practice. The flow was seamless, and I could feel my body becoming more flexible and strong with every pose. The atmosphere was peaceful and serene, allowing me to truly connect with my breath and find inner peace. I left the class feeling refreshed, both mentally and physically. I can't wait to return for another amazing session!

Metta Yoga’s Belmar location is hands down my favorite place to practice yoga. Every teacher is exceptional and all bring their own unique perspective to their classes. Jen is a wonderful, kind business owner who cares about each and every one of her members. Truly a lovely place to ground yourself and find a little bit of peace.

This studio is stunning, the instructors are incredible, the ambience is conducive to a beautiful practice, and the location is great. Of all of the yoga studios I’ve ever been to, this might be my favorite one. Highly recommend taking both the vinyasa and the slow flow classes. There is something just so special about this studio.
