Dr. Narendra Gupta came highly recommended. I found the check-in to be easy and the wait was not long. The entire office was quite personable and yet professional. Ashley was very helpful and comforting and is a great asset to the office. Talking with several patients, they expressed their confidence and the great treatment they've received, which put me at ease for my initial visit w/ Dr. Gupta. Dr. Gupta was very attentive and went over the test results and what to expect in detail. I look forward to future care under him.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. This Dr's office called me and made an appointment. Then when I came in they left me sitting in the waiting room for 30 minutes. When I asked what the problem was they told me they were waiting for authorization from my insurance company. When I asked why they didn't tell me this they informed me it was the insurance company's fault for not getting back to them. I told them to cancel the appointment I wasn't waiting any longer and they told me they would yell the referring doctor that I canceled. I mean.... I am going to tell on you? Really. Also this doctor's office wants your SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER AND WANTS YOU TO SIGN A FORM ACKNOWLEDGING THAT THEY WILL NOT HONOR A DNR. SHAME

I had the best experience with the entire team at MVI. From the front desk to the back of house was professionalism at its best. My nurse Sunshine lived up to her name, and Dr. Gupta was amazing. The ultrasound technician was very patient, and he explained everything that he was doing and seeing to me. I’d refer anyone who has vascular issues to this office.

Friendly administrative and technical staff. Focused on client care. Dr Gupta took adequate time to understand patient concerns, address questions, and explained treatment plan. Conversations were followed up by written instructions and plans to move forward.

My experience with Metropolitan Vascular Institute was like a home. They are the best! I will start with Dr. Naren Gupta he’s extraordinary! He’s a very attentive and very intelligent Doctor! He makes sure that his patient is comfortable and receives the best treatment. Dr. Meghka, she calms me down by talking to me before the surgery starts and make sure I’m comfortable. Next are the Nurses (Raymond, Noella and Taylor) they treated me like family and make sure I’m okay and not hungry before I left the facility. Love them all 🫶🏼

TOP-NOTCHED QUALITY CARE! On behalf of our family, we would like to share our experience at Metropolitan Vascular Institute and with the Amazing Dr. Gupta and his Amazing staff! Our elderly father has always been terrified of doctors and anything medically related. From the first visit, coming here is like dealing with trusted family, they have treated us with tender loving care with the smiles, laughter and warm atmosphere. While our dad’s treatment is a bit complex, they are extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain the procedures needed and the plan of care they will be providing. We are comforted in knowing the services provided is in the best interest of our dad. As of matter of fact, he is looking forward to his next procedure in a week and enjoys his visits with Dr. Gupta and his team!

First, when scheduled this appointment we were told they didn't have the referral from the oncologist, only to find out that they did have it, they just hadn't looked. Second, the office called the day before the appointment at 3:45pm saying they needed the referral to come from his primary care physician instead of the oncologist, luckily our PCP is awesome and we were able to get the morning of the appointment. The day of the appointment (today) was 4 hours of wasted time. Unprofessional staff ran, played, throwed things to each other, loud, singing. Then they had a loud conversation about the surgeon being upset that the coffee and breakfast sandwiches that he bought shouldn't have went to the other side of the office, the surgeon himself actually came out and was telling the staff to figure out how many coffees and sandwiches he needed to order next time and where they wanted him to order from...this was a 45 minute ordeal, while patients were waiting to have procedures done. Most unprofessional group of individuals I've ever seen. My husband's procedure wasn't even done. Just ridiculous. If you get referred here, ask for another place, I know that going forward we will never er come back to this office.
