Legendary spot and super friendly people. You can squat at the same spot Ronnie did his 800lbs squat. You can just feel the history emanating from the place. Got a few shirts as well. Just amazing experience.

I love this gym. It’s a no-nonsense facility with a great selection of equipment. It is also in a large, clean and well spaced area. The price is excellent, and they don’t do the gimmicky sales pitches you see at most gyms. If you’re looking for a trainer, there are several of them on site as well. I personally work with Tray, and he’s been great.

The best gym in Arlington! I went there when I was younger and learned what can happen if you really train hard. There are pro bodybuilders, and elite trainers here. You can learn a ton and really push yourself beyond your limits. It’s the best hardcore gym that had a big impact on my life.

One of the best gym I ever visited. Real old school hardcore gym with great atmosphere. Making gains here are guaranteed! I will remember the experience I gained here forever.

I remember the first time I walked into this gym. I had to go to Denton to drop off some motorcycle parts ans on my way back to work I stopped in. I was truly awestruck. My entire life I had been looking for a gym like this. No bells, no whistles. Just straight up working out to the point of no return! Every gym out there should strive to reach perfection like Metroflex Arlington. This is the true mecca that every bodybuilder or fitness junkie needs to make a pilgrimage to.

We are visiting from out of town and we are big fans of the gym and people who have come out of it. They were so nice in letting us get in and fan-out while looking around and get some leg work. Southern-hospitality runs rampant here and it was a great experience. Can’t wait to come back and hopefully run into Ronnie, it just happened to be Mr. Olympia weekend.

This is definitely one of my favorite gyms to workout, as the atmosphere makes me want to hit it harder than I have anywhere else! The equipment is hardcore, and definitely a place for the like-minded individual. The owner is a great guy, and this place has such a great history! Many big names frequent this location, to which I have had the pleasure of running across multiple times. This is the reason I come to Texas once a year and it is worth it!
