Excellent customer service! I just switched companies and Nichole helped me with my new services at Metro. She gave me exactly what I needed and on top of that she's a sweetheart! Loved the experience! Nicole is highly recommended so if you haven't already, go by and see her, she's the best!

Nichole helped me today with setting up service for my mother. She was extremely helpful and generous! Ive had metro for 3 months and i love it! They offer excellent deals on great phones with awesome service. I recommend switching to metro if you don't already have it. Don't forget to go by and see Nichole when doing so.

Absolutely love this location! I will drive pass the Berkeley square location just to go to Nicole's store. Nichole is very friendly, honest, and walks you through everything step by step.

I went to the store at the end of March 2019 and tried to get my Date changed. The guy at the store told me they could not change my date of sevice. The only way to do that is to shut if off and then I could have a new date. I went 10-15 days without a phone so i could have a new date in April. Well come april my date had not changed. I need it to change because it was too much to pay rent and phone bill for me . So I went back up there and the woman was very cold and rude no understanding of what I had been through at all. Then when I said I needed to go to work lets just pay the bill she said the system was down and told me to step asides. She started speaking Spanish to the customer behind me and took his money. She was friendly to him . The piont Is it didn't matter to them at all that the I was the person that need help and I was clearly confused and upset that I was not going to be taken care of. She totally aked me not to come back after she would not accept my money.

Nichole and Tay are my heroes! I went in with a very limited budget and had broken my phone. These two took their time with me and were very knowledgeable about the devices they had to offer. I don't know how they did it but they got me a lot of phone for my buck! Even setup extra protection on my new (FABULOUS) cell phone. I left extremely satisfied and I can't wait to get home and play with my new toy! Thanks Nichole and Tay!!

I am completely satisfied that an employee Nicole Always takes care of me in what I need my phone to do,she always handles the job and handles it quick. I am a very disappointed customer, because first of all the store open up late.Another reason is the guy who served me wasn't helping me at all.i lost my phone and I came in to purchase another phone. All I ask the guy to do is help me set up all my contacts in my phone. He told me the store doesn't do that because I will be giving out my personal information. So he couldn't help.i will never go back in the store on Redbank red. In goose creek, sc if he's working. His name is jesse.i am very disappointed customer. Never had a problem with metro until today.
