A lovely walk through the woods.. a rushing river to walk alongside.. (Kayak Or Canoe next time) Dog friendly on a leash.. people were nice along the way.. and if you walk up the wooded hill to the left of the water... You find yourself at the railroad tracks where we just walked.. quiet.. fresh air.. red shoulder hawk spotted.. I didn't realize the train still ran.. found that out when we finished our walk... 🚂 A very nice adventure indeed.😎
This park has some lovely views along the Willimantic River. Just up Merrow Rd over the bridge crossing the river, right turn on Riverside Drive, at the corner is another lovely trail which goes north on the river. Combine the two for a nice outing.
A nice spot for a stroll, with a paved, accessible path and marked observation stations. There are benches and parking for about 7 vehicles. It's on the Willimantic River, so it's a good place to take your kayak out if you started in Stafford or to put in if you want a float down to Eagleville. Ample Pokemon go gyms if that's your preference. There is a longer walk (still pretty short) if you want trail instead of paved.
Very beautiful place to hike for the whole family. Perfect for older adults and young children
Great place to walk, run or bike. A lot of great nature photo ops. A great place for dogs.

Too may dogs and too much poop left behind. Town should install poop-scoop signage and provide poop bags.
Beautiful spot for a quick walk
Great place to walk and enjoy nature. Plenty of trails to use, dogs are welcome. Porta pottys are available and the view of Mansfield Hollow Dam is awesome. Really enjoy going there.
Food was prepared really well and in a timely manner. Staff was friendly. There are so many options that we were initially indecisive, and while I didnât love the option I chose, it did not deter me from really recommending this place because the q
Loved my visit there!
Full of life and meaning!
Not a large museum by any means, but since it is free it nice to wander around and check the pieces of art that are on display.
Great coffee shop as well.
Honestly expected a regular pizzeria, but it was a welcome surprise. The worker walked us through the Subway-esc process. I tried the keto crust and it was actually good. Overall the place was a welcome surprise. Will definitely be coming back.
Hops was the perfect place to host our belated wedding celebration! We had about 70 guests and the private room had a great set up and plenty of space for everyone.
Nancy was so helpful in coordinating our event. The staff provided excellent service
