The Clerk of courts office is well trained & the most helpful people I've encountered in government service. They made my trip easy & I received complet answers to all question & recommendations for additional government resource. They actually smile to reduce your stress while they strive to help.

Merritt Island clerk of courts is so much easier to go handle things then to have to drive all the way to the Viera courthouse.

Went to the clerk of courts. They have a really helpful staff plus they're super nice. Both times I went in there wasn't a wait, I spoke with someone right away. I went in to change a hearing date and I've gone in before to get court records. So basically they can do everything viera court does but without the long drive.

Needed to file a deed and was concerned the local clerk of court's office would be somewhat crowded at the end of the month, but I was nicely surprised; I was the only customer and everything went smoothly and quickly. The county employees were very friendly and most helpful and I was in and out in 15 minutes. Mission accomplished.

The food is good and the service is good. I've had yeros and small Greek salads. Both excellent. I've also had the open face roast beef sandwich with .mashed potatoes and lots of gravy. Yummy! The prices are reasonable. The only con for this place is that they close early. 7pm. Otherwise I'd recommend it.
