The property manager Luis and the maintenance man Marshall are very responsive and helpful. The residents here are nice as well. I lived here for over 2 years and loved the location and the price was good. It is an old building so things have to be repaired sometimes. Other than that, I never had any problems

I have lived in this building for 2+ years and have had the best experience. Louis and Marshall are wonderful! The apartment is a great value for its price. It isn’t the most updated building and doesn’t have some amenities like others in the area but you can’t beat the on-site team, walkable location, park access, and general feeling of comfort here. I highly recommend Meridian Park Apartments!

I have lived here since July of 2022 and absolutely love it! The location is unbeatable - walking distance to Adam’s Morgan, Columbia Heights, 14th and U and right across the street from Meridian Park! The building is older, but Louis and his team do a great job with upkeep and are extremely responsive to any maintenance issues. Everyone who lives here is nice and respectful. They allow cats with no pet fee too!! I hope to live here for many years to come.

Living at Meridian Park is absolutely great. The apartments are beautiful and the building is kept very clean. Staff are super nice and always ready to help when needed. Mr. Louis, the Community Manager, was especially helpful throughout the process with getting the apartment. He worked very quickly and diligently. Mr. Louis is very friendly. The area is great because you have the park right out front and stores only a few blocks away. I am very happy to have chosen to live here. I definitely look forward to renewing my lease here next year. The only suggestion I have is to reconsider prices for a 1 bedroom.

I moved into the building last year, and have loved it! Louis, the community manager was so helpful throughout the whole process! He even let me use his parking spot out back while I unloaded all of my things. Marshal, the maintenance worker in the building is so friendly and so helpful. We had one very minor plumbing issue and he was here within 10 minutes with a new part and a quick fix! The apartment is clean, safe, and the bike room is an added bonus. I cannot recommend this community enough!

Loved living here in a studio apartment! Great location and staff, and refreshingly affordable for DC. Can’t recommend this building enough.

During the two years I have lived in this building, my experience has been excellent. Louis And Marshall are always available to help. Whenever there is a problem in my unit they resolve it immediately. Overall it’s a good place to live , there are many restaurants and stores nearby.
