This place is truly luxury at its best. Audra is wonderful! She showed me everything I needed from entering the building, to using my washing machine. Shari was amazing, and patient with my timeline from work and helping me out with my paperwork, last but certainly not least is Savannah because she introduced me and took me on my first tour of the Meridian and my new place. Thank you ladies for all your help.

I have to start by saying this is one of the most beautiful apartment homes I have ever seen. The attention to each detail is immaculate! The office staff is phenomenal but I have to take my hat off to Audra! I know between our initial tour up until now I have probably asked her a million and one questions and probably asked some more than once and each time she has been incredibly kind and patient. When we first viewed the apartment complex we were blown away with all of the amenities. From the beautiful clubhouse, office spaces, quiet rooms, gorgeous pool, mail room, gym with a playroom, every aspect just yelled “This is your home!” And when we entered the model unit, we were speechless! Audra walked us through every single detail of the apartment, I’ve never felt so informed! It was like she knew what we were looking for and needed to know before we even had to ask! We are new to the area and were looking for a place to call home and Meridian couldn’t be more perfect, but if it weren’t for our initial interaction with Audra, the details she provided, and the ease of communication we’ve had with her we wouldn’t feel as confident as we do! Thank you Audra! You’re the absolute best!

I have to say this has been one of the best experience in finding an apartment. Audra made the move-in process as smooth and seamless for me as possible. Every question I had or concerns she would take her time and answered. Meridian at Roger’s Branch is absolutely beautiful! It’s in a great neighborhood and walking distance to everything. Again, and can’t say it enough Thank you so very much Audra!

I am a new resident at Meridian and I love it!! They have been so helpful in all of my move in needs and questions! Audra always has a wonderful attitude, keeps me informed of all fun events, and has always been very attentive to all of my questions and requests! Savannah helped me find my apartment and was so patient and understanding of us while we tried to find the best place! She always kept in touch, maintained a great attitude, and helped us with any of our needs! They are all so helpful and kind! A wonderful team!

This apartment complex is pure heaven! I toured many other communities but nothing compared to this one. They have amazing amenities, stunning 1-3 bedroom layouts, and a safe feeling environment. Audra was extremely kind hearted, welcoming, and knowledgeable of the complex and surrounding area. I couldn't ask for a better place to live.

The leasing manager, Audra, is knowledgeable and friendly. She answered all of our questions and showed us all the options. She took her time with us and followed up with additional information to guide us as we make decisions about what would be a good fit for our needs. Thanks, Audra! : )

I just moved in and Audra and Shari the two lovely ladies at the leasing office have been tremendously helpful, and sweet. They helped me set up my apartment, my online portal, and any problems that I had they sent someone up to fix it within minutes. Friendly hardworking people, quiet, clean and beautiful. I’m so blessed to be able to live here at Meridian.
