I ordered the black Ramen, since my server suggested it. The broth was super rich and full of flavor. I also added a soft, boiled egg, and that is a must to do! It was so flavorful and delicious. We were dining with a vegetarian, and she was very happy with her spicy miso Ramen. Our server was very personable, and the food was really reasonably priced! I will definitely be back.

The ramen here is hands down the best in Seattle. The broth is super rich, and the noodles are spot on with their chewiness. The soft-boiled egg is full of flavor, not like the bland ones in other spots. The chashu is also a hit – it’s got just the right level of tenderness. Plus, they’ve got a variety of broth options, including some great vegetarian choices, so there’s something for everyone. And don’t miss out on the Chicken Karaage. It’s perfectly crispy on the outside and super tender inside. Totally awesome!

Went here on a Monday afternoon. Was seated quickly but the food took very very long to be served(~20 min). We got the veggie gyoza, hybrid ramen and spicy miso. Hybrid ramen and veggie gyoza were average. Spicy miso was good and creamy.

Menya a fun selection of Ramen and Tsukemen, and after a while of not going back - I was lured back to try their curry ramen. It was a fun fusion that was delicious and hearty, perfect for the cold weather and to soothe my sore throat from a cold. It paired really well with hot sake. This is a great spot for dinner with friends, or a casual date. They close a bit early, so don't go too late or you risk rushing your experience.

We recently dined at this fantastic ramen spot in Seattle, and it left me thoroughly impressed. The food was not only delicious but also showcased a remarkable variety. As a vegetarian, I was pleasantly surprised by the extensive and flavorful ramen options available. The staff's service was top-notch, creating a welcoming atmosphere. They were attentive and ensured a delightful dining experience. However, be prepared for a bustling crowd, especially on weekends. Despite the busy ambiance, the efficiency of the staff kept the service smooth. For vegetarians seeking delectable ramen in Seattle, this place is a must-try—enticing flavors, attentive staff, and a lively weekend atmosphere make it a standout choice.

The ramen soup is very tasty! It has not only the “pork” flavor but a little more creamy taste which make the soup warm and special!

FRIENDLY AND ATTENTIVE! I recently had the pleasure of dining at this fantastic ramen restaurant and I can confidently say that it deserves every bit of its five-star rating. The service was exceptional, with the staff being incredibly attentive and friendly throughout the entire meal. The food was an absolute delight - each bowl of ramen was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. From the rich and savory broth to the perfectly cooked noodles, every bite was a taste sensation. Overall, this ramen restaurant exceeded all expectations and I highly recommend it to anyone in search of a delicious and satisfying dining experience.

Had the Black Garlic Ramen & the Takoyaki. Overall the meal was fulfilling, but I thought it was hard to get the waiters attention even though the place wasn’t packed. Had heard a lot about this place so I was really excited but alas. I recommend coming on a weekday if you really want to try because you won’t have to wait for a table. But I wouldn’t probably rush back

Gluten free ramen here!!!! The gluten free ramen was pretty good. The boiled chicken it came with could have used a little more seasoning, but overall the dish was good and I will come back. (Honestly where else can you find gluten free ramen....!!).
