I have been going to MFK for two years now. It has been one of the best decisions I ever made. I still go to the East location even after moving to Bartlett because the location is a vibe. The trainers are awesome - Bob is the sweetest! You get to meet all types of personalities & build a community that holds you accountable.
Love the atmosphere and the coaches. It's a high intensity workout thats fun and makes you sweat. No matter your level of fitness they will help you reach your goals. It's $12 a week. Come try out a class you will love it!
All of the instructors are awesome! But make sure you go to Trevor's classes for a full on sweat session! Bob's classes to snatch those abs! Rodd's classes will set your arms, thighs, and glutes on fire!
Memphis kickboxing is a great fitness program they help you accomplish your goals great cardio workout routine I love it I do recommend Memphis fitness kickboxing to anyone who wants to join burn the fat and have fun
Bobs class is awesome!!! All the instructors here are great too! This is a great way to get some cardio in and keep your heart healthy!!
The best class I have ever been to! The workout is intense and fun but the best part is getting such great encouragement from the trainers. Even if you are not able to do all the exercises yet they don't judge and push you to keep going and it makes you better each class. I am two classes in and I feel like my body is already transforming.
I love kickboxing and I love all the instructors but Bob and his classes are ahhmazing!!!!
