Nice little park. Stopped here for an hour or so walking around before heading to the airport. Got a nice creek passing through it . There is also a small pond where I could see people fishing. It's also got a playground where children can play.
1972 Flood memorial is pathetically small in comparison to the Berlin Wall which has nothing to do with rapid City history. Why is this monument not noticeable and of value! Should be at least three times the size and Names in bigger and bold print!!! Where did the $$ Go?
Very peaceful and calming place amidst the city crowd. There is the Berlin wall memorial in the park that enhances its value. A creek flows through the park so you can enjoy this beauty as well. Ideal place to take a break from your hectic travel or spend a quality lunch break with your loved ones. Also, this would be a nice place for jogging or biking as it has pavements for those. It's also pet friendly. I'm not sure if fishing is allowed in the pond but I saw some people doing it.
Great 4th July show. Awesome park. Lots of different areas to see. Multiple Kids areas. Lots of green spaces. A stream running through it. A lake with a walking track. Lots of parking but strangely far from the kids areas. Several people there fishing.
Well maintained park with a stage area and several monuments and memorials. The fountain's water needs cleaning. Watch your surroundings as some consider the park to be their home. Located right next to the civic center it is where Rapid City chooses to do their fireworks display for Independence Day. Spectacular show!
nice place to watch the wildlife scurry about even water turtles in the water.. very fun walk to take
Nice park with multiple stations. Stays clean. Music games, swing, slide, spinning chairs, climbing, seesaw boat, spider web and more. My kids love this place. Also lots of huge trees. Bring a blanket & plan a picnic 💚 86° and still nice in the shade
We all love this park. Beautiful green area with water and I think 3 playgrounds and exercise equipment plus a beautiful trail.
Great hike. We hike it most days when it's going to be hot because it's close and it may get up to 90s during day, but it's cool and perfect in the morning.
If you want intense workout, walk up the gravel road. Or go up a less intense more shaded t
We love Sioux Park! The kids love the pool and we don't mind it either! They have a really nice play ground and a really nice track to run on. Beautiful paths along the creek and a wonderful botanical garden. They also have tennis courts and soccer f

This is definitely one of the nicest bars in Rapid City. It has a huge, new, old style bar that reaches to the ceiling, with a ladder that slides side to side so staff can get to the top shelves. And the glass shelves are beautifully stocked with an
Absolutely love everything about this place!!! Met them at a concert downtown where they had the food truck. They were closing but still fed 3 of us dinner and didn't seem put out about the last min guests. Few months later found the brick and mortar
I absolutely love visiting Black Hills Basecamp! Anytime I have to be in Rapid for work, I make sure I stop for a while. It is such a welcome reprieve from the work that I do and gives me some joy in the winter months when I can't be backpacking. Tha
We didnât expect to stumble upon an authentic Bangladeshi restaurant in Rapid city but glad we did. We called before arrival as it was close to closing time. The couple was very sweet and accommodating. We ordered Piyaju, Morog polao and rice with
My daughter had her first dance class the other day, and she was very shy and didnât do a lot of the things Miss Anna was teaching, but Miss Anna was patient with her and still tried to make her feel included. We signed our daughter up for dance cl
Had the Muddy Berries Crepe...and OMG. nothing beats a fresh crepe with fresh fruit, Nutella, and whipped cream. Wouldn't expect this from a food court in a mall. Highly recommend. Their reeses and cream Gelato was decent as well.
