We just celebrated my parent's anniversary and each birthday. Having traveled from GA I am grateful to have celebrated here. The hall decorations were awesome and the food was delicious! A beautiful ambiance for the occasion. My parents, family and friends were all very happy with the wonderful quality of service! Absolutely recommend Mel's Bistro for your future event and celebrateation!
Thank you Mel’s Way! We had an amazing 50th Anniversary for our church in the banquet room. It was decorated beautifully, the food was outstanding and the staff and management went above and beyond tending to every detail. Our event was a smashing success! 10 ⭐️!

Fun, music, dancing and a great time. Mel's has a variety of flavorful food choices. We like the specialty nights like Prime Rib and Karaoke. No need to be a great dancer to jump in on the fun either. Large space so we are easily distanced and the servers, who are masked, get in on the fun as well. It's a Poinciana trip you won't want to miss.
Went to the dinner dance last night. First time at Poinciana. The food was great, the entertainment was entertaining, and the atmosphere was lovely.
