This review is for the best property manager Bonnie Byers. She is truly an amazing person. I was in another apartment and upgraded to a nicer one, the move was smooth and easy. She treats you not only like a residence she makes me feel like family and that she cares. I thank you so much for all you have done for me and still doing. May God continue to keep you here with us at Melrose.
Melrose units are so beautiful. The staff Bonnie and Pablo are so welcoming. It has been an amazing experience. Our moving process has been so simple and so relieving.
From the day we saw the unit we loved it and Pablo was very informative with any questions we had. We applied the same day we saw thebunit and the application process was easy and simple our approval was processed the say day. Everything was done and settled in 1 day. And we were able to move in the next day, and we were given the option of either taking the key the same day or the following day. Everything has been smooth and great. Any concerns I've had that I've addressed with Bonnie had been taking care of right then and there. Timely manner has been amazing. Her and Pablo are an amazing team together. I highly do recommend this complex and those 2 people as the perfect staff members.
Living here has been great. Small, well kept, cozy community. Kellys has been a phenomenal property manager. She has always been kind and pleasant and attentive to the needs of the residents. Everything gets done to the T on her watch. She is the best, literally she is the best property manager I’ve had living in West Palm Beach. Wishing she would stay. Really going to miss her.
This has been one of the best neighborhoods that I have lived in. Bonnie has made the move in process so easy for me. I really appreciate the professionalism and friendliness. It’s nice to have peace of mind with your neighborhood and its management!
I have been living in the Melrose since 2016 and my experience there has been extremely wonderful. I have great neighbors. The property has always been kept nice, but the one person who makes sure all residents are good is Kellys the property manager. I have lived in a lot of complexes, but Kellys has been the best manager. She takes care of our needs and wants without hesitation. Kellys is one of the biggest parts why I have been there for so long. She will be truly missed, but I really hope she decides to stay.
I moved here in December 2019. The apartments are very spacious and relaxing. The neighbors are friendly, quiet, and peaceful! Most of all, or manager Kelly's has been transparent and hospitable. She has been very flexible working with everyone's individual needs. She is quick to assign someone if maintainence issues arise. I have lived in many apartments throught my life and Kelly's is both rare and special. We have received notice that she will soon be leaving to take on another challenge. She will be missed and my stay here will not be the same without her. Thank you Kelly's! We will all miss you! Good luck.
My family and I moved in 2 years ago and we just renewed our lease for another year! We absolutely love it here!!! The area is small and quiet. The neighbors are kind and friendly.The apartments are extremely big,spacious, and affordable.

Recently I stopped by to view the property as I am just beginning the process of looking for my next rental. The Melrose is one of the first communities I visited and honestly I think I’ve already made my decision. The community is well maintained and most importantly Kellys Prieto, Property manager, was absolutely outstanding. She made me feel welcome and knew the property inside and out. At the beginning of the year when my current lease is coming to an end I will be leasing from The Melrose and only dealing with Kellys!

The staff at Indigo has consistently gone above and beyond to make this a great place to call home. Amenities are always pristine and everybody living/working here is a pleasure to deal with.
