Melrose Dog Park - Dog park in Melrose - 350 Lynn Fells Pkwy, USA

So many fun things for the dogs to play on and there’s usually a few people there. It can get muddy after the rain even a few days after, but the dogs are too happy to care much about mud. Every Halloween there is a dog costume contest with prizes and raffles. Best dog park around! And it’s got parking!!

Great medium sized park. Always friendly dogs and people. There are usually poop bags stocked if you forgot one. The only issue lately is that the water fountain has been shut off for some reason, so make sure you bring your own.

Clean park, friendly owners. Be sure to bring water for your dog, the water doesn't work for communal water bowl.

Loved the park design: it’s not just an open patch of rocks, but rather feels like a fun dog obstacle course, with ramps, tires, etc. Two problems we had that prevented a five star review: 1) They were out of dog waste bags when we were there, so some spots on the edges of the pen area had dog waste that wasn’t picked up. 2) The ground was dirt and mulch, rather than rocks that you see at other dog parks. This meant that all the dogs there got super muddy very quickly.

This has been my puppy's favorite dog park for the past 6 months. I've always worried about him jumping the very short fence though. In some spots it's only a couple of feet high because of too much mulch. Well last week he hoped over the fence like it was nothing when someone took a stick away from him and threw it over. We can't go back there now because he knows he can do it & isn't trained off leash yet 😔. Hopefully they put in a higher fence soon - I think 5 feet should be standard...

Nice size, double gate wood chips. Good experience with dogs and people. Water is supplied by users and is not poured in. Good parking and access

Nice park. We went on a hot day. There was shade and the dog water fountain worked. Plenty of toys and waste bags available. The fence is a little short but thankfully there was more fun inside the park than outside. Update:. Bring your own poop bags, Since the first visit there are often not bags available, there is usually a good person willing to give you one if you run out but this is the cleanest dog park we go out so I always make sure to have bags.

Medium sized park with plenty of obstacles and toys for dogs to play. Water fountain for dogs and lights for after dark usage when days are short. Trees around provide good shade on a hot summer day. Mulched surface that seems to be liked by most dogs. The mulch coverage could be improved since the park gets muddy in few areas after rains. Plenty of parking around but parking lot is in need of some repairs
