This gem is set in the heart of Hampden. Incredible energy from both bar staff and regulars. I was greeted with enchanting laughter as I walked into the bar . They make a very smooth old-fashioned that's made in-house , I also recommend the Low Life . Drink prices are very cheap, I was here for about 3 hours with 2 other friends of mine and the bill was only 95 bucks. Melanie's at Griffith' Tavern is the real deal.
The bartenders and owners are amazing and super accommodating. As far as neighborhood bars go it’s a hidden gem. They don’t serve food but you can most certainly bring your own or even get it delivered with no issues. If you stop by ask for a low life, diva cup or W.H.Y..
This place is rad! Hannah is great and they have Ms. Pacman...what else do you need?!
Best dive in hampden--personally my favorite bar for miles. Maybe the best dive in the city?
Anyone can go, anyone can find a decent drink (with/without alcohol). It's like the definition of unpretentious while also being clean and fun. Easy, breezy, it's Melanie's.
Nice little bar tucked back into a little neighborhood. Great service, they had old fashioned flavored jello shots, alot of different alcohol, beer and seltzers. Along with a very nice snack selection! See photo for reference.
I went and to unwind after work today. Hoping for a calm, cool collected crowd with friendly queers and anybody's. However, a couple came in with a toddler. The bartender held the toddler and then returned the toddler to the parents and soon after the toddler started to cry; I moved down two seats. The bartender said everything okay. I said I didn't come here to hear baby's cry. She said we don't need that here. I said I agree. Definitely felt judged.
Best bar in Baltimore. Incredible vibes, wonderful bar staff and the drinks are just superb. The perfect place whether you're looking for an after work drink or a night out on the town, it's never a miss.
Absolutely wonderful hospitality. Our favorite place in Baltimore! The shuffle bowling game is a blast from the past. Who knew 25 cents could buy so much entertainment. Drink prices are very reasonable. The owner bartends and is great to talk with. This is definitely a must visit spot. The owner is attempting to sell the bar. Hoping someone is able to buy it and keep the 7 decade legacy going.

We traveled from New Jersey for a concert and were looking for a bar to get dinner and drinks at before the show. I had looked at a few places online and went with this place based of the 5 star reviews and it did not disappoint. We sat at the bar, w
Dutch Courage is a terrific place for cocktails and relaxation. A quick pass through their detailed drink offerings showed 9 full pages of just gins. Their variety made it particularly easy for us to order from their much shorter list of daily cockta

Such a great vibe here. Tons of TV's for games and a decent beer selection. Will be back for sure. Oh and extra points for the bathroom decor. Came back and Big Mick was solid.
This is one of the good old FELLS POINT bars. No grills totally laid back. Some of the best bands in town play here because the LOVE IT. saw ARTY HILL and the LONG GONE DADDYS there a month ago and they blew the roof off with some awesome honky tonk.
Ultimate vibes in a cozy, creatively lit space. Donât come hungry, the focus only on delivering fantastic mixed drinks. Plenty of seating, bar service only
Max's Taphouse is always a must stop when visiting Baltimore. A six page tap list and bottles and cans to go. There is no place like it for craft beer. Super nice people and great a atmosphere.
Bill and Tonya were INCREDIBLE hosts. The breakfast was delicious, the room was spacious and well maintained. Also, Zulu was the cutest company for our breakfasts. Truly the only place weâll ever stay in Baltimore.
