Megan's Yoga Tribe is truly amazing. The serene atmosphere, skilled instructors, and diverse range of classes make it a complete fit for both beginners and experienced yogis. I started coming to MYT while in nursing school and it was life changing. This studio pushes me physically while giving me the mental break that I need. My favorite thing about this studio is the flexibility in schedules both timing and classwise. I can go to a class as early as 6a and completely sweat and push myself harder than I would in the gym or I can go at 8p and have the most calming sound healing journey that will prepare me for bed after a long day at work. 100/10 recommend, investing in yourself is worth SO much.

I've been to many other yoga studios before and none of them have made me feel as "included" and "seen" as the community at Megan's Yoga Tribe. This community is dedicated to guiding me to the best version of myself and I'm loving that!

Megan has created the perfect oasis in her in-person and online yoga studio. It has allowed me to prioritize my wellness in a way that can be difficult in these busy times. The flexibility allows me to practice yoga on demand at home, but also in an in-person studio that offers a wide variety of classes and workshops. I love seeing the variety of women and skill levels in all of the classes. All of the instructors are so knowledgeable, passionate, and welcoming to all. It is truly a magical place.
