Meeting at Market - American restaurant in Charleston - 120 Market St, USA

This place is classy yet informal restaurant and bar. It achieves a splendid melange of sophistication and pub atmosphere. I found the furniture and decor added class and style while the many TVs kept it relaxed. Service was fast and friendly. Portions were generous. The sidewinder fries were fun! I had the pulled pork burger and it was excellent. The sweet BBQ sauce made it delightful to enjoy with a sweet tea. If you're exploring the nearby market, this place is perfect to stop for lunch. Highly recommended.

The fanciest sports bar I've ever been to! The food was absolutely divine and being able to watch the NFL playoff game was a big plus! Very glad I dined at Meeting at Market while in Charleston.

I went here with my mother and sister and we enjoyed the food. I had the fries chicken sandwich and it was so juicy and flavorful. The last bite was as good as the first. Everyone else enjoyed their food! Our waitress was great! The whole staff was friendly! Enjoyed our experience.

Wow! Their turkey club sandwich was the best we've ever had. Real turkey and big enough to split and they even played it separately so we could share. Sweet potato fries were also absolutely delicious. Service was great, friendly staff. You won't be disappointed!

The food was absolutely amazing! This is a super cute place to eat in downtown Charleston. The only down side to this restaurant is there aren’t that many options on the menu but it really isn’t needed. I got the fried chicken sandwich and my sister got the chicken fingers!

Came here for our first night in Charleston and I can't say enough about our late evening meal. The staff was friendly, the food good and the environment pleasant. We were able to watch the NCAA games and Oscars at the same time. Our waiter was so pleasant and knowledgeable about the menu. We got the fish tacos which they were willing to put in a lettuce wrap due to a gluten allergy and the street corn was tasty. We enjoyed a glass of wine which we ended up purchasing a bottle. Great way to end our travel to the city.

I want to start off by saying that NICK was awesome. We enjoyed his company so much that we came back later in the evening after our carriage ride. Cocktail list was great and original. Large selection of spirits. Didn’t have dinner but did snag some dessert and I HIGHLY recommend the Creme brûlée. Atmosphere was pretty quiet when we first got there — it was just starting to rain outside so not much foot traffic coming in. HUGE floor to ceiling windows around the whole place so great people watching. Our return a couple hours later that evening proved a different experience. Convention had let out after dinner and there was a game on, super loud late night happy hour vibe but we managed thru it. Nice to see the space could handle both types of crowds though.
