Meet Izakaya Ramen & Bar - Izakaya restaurant in Rockville Centre - 216 Sunrise Hwy, USA

We visited Meet Izakaya for dinner on our way back from IKEA last weekend. It looks really popular so we decided to give it a try. The decor is authentic with cozy ambiance. We had their Pork Belly Bun, Chicken Wings and Cheese Corn as appetizers to share. Their bun came with 2 pieces of thick-cut pork belly and melted in mouth when we took a bite. For entrees, we had Skewers Combo, Beef Short Ribs and Roasted Chicken. The portion was really huge with reasonable price.

My cousin and I had a fantastic dining experience at the restaurant, celebrating one of our typical Asian holidays. The atmosphere was awesome, and since it was the Christmas season, the Christmas tree served as a stunning backdrop for our food photos. We ordered yakitori skewers, with the skirt steak standing out as the most flavorful and tender. Another favorite was the Yellowtail Rice Pop, an impressive combination of sunny-side-up quail egg, caviar, fresh wasabi, and crispy rice at the bottom! Beyond the delectable food options, the alcohol menu was equally amazing, featuring colorful craft cocktails that resembled works of art. ###Kudos to the bartender! Must fry -the green tea crème brûlée The servers were friendly and polite, adding to the overall credit of this awesome restaurant. I'm definitely planning to revisit soon; it's a great restaurant, and you should go experience it for yourself.

It was our first time in this place and very soon we will be back! Mmm first things first! SERVICE: our waiter (Darwin) very cool with the kids, very informative but the most important: good vibe!!! And also probably the owner/manager she was very nice to ask how we felt to sit outdoors and we could see how she really cared for us in case it could rain. But that outdoor area was awesome… which leads to VIBE: so beautiful, cute decoration many details, like you want to eat there and maybe take a couple pictures! And off course THE FOOD: 🤤 we had Ramen x2, salmon, skirt steak and cocktails all so good! I love ramen and I can tell you try the spicy one it was simply perfect… all great the cocktails were beautiful and so tasty! I tried both with coconut! Both so good! Over all excellent! Thank you everyone at MEET.

One of my favorite spots anywhere on LI. The Izakaya vibe is great; the staff are welcoming, knowledgeable, and friendly; the prices are fair and the food is amazing. Highlights for me are: shishito peppers, chicken karaage, meat skewers, and ramen. Decent sake and whisky selection, too. Go here on a weekend afternoon for a chill atmosphere and amazing meal.

Very nice little spot in Rockville Center Long Island. Decor is traditional and Hip. I really like it. Service was good. There is something about Andy. Cool guy. Food was really good. Tried couple of things on the menu and i was really happy. Definitely will be back. Check it out. You wont be disappointed. Parking is available, kid friendly and wheelchair accessible.

GREAT PLACE, FOOD, AND DRINKS. THEY WILL MAKE EVERY DRINK A SHOW!!!! DEFINITELY COME HERE IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT.

Very nice establishment, not too crowded so you should be able to find seating. The decor was on point. The service was good, are waitress was very friendly and attentive. The Kara age fried chicken wasn’t all that, it lacked seasoning and flavor, I’ve definitely had better. The ramen was very delicious though, it had tons of flavor and every thing inside of it was cooked very well.

Delicious Ramen. I ordered takeout and I ate it in 10 minutes or less. 😂
