This establishment is the most family friendly place, the patience and kindness we've experienced throughout the entire process has been nothing less than amazing. Tamara specifically has been extremely kind, informative, and helpful. She is an absolute asset to the team. Thankyou so much.

I have to say when ever we need service these guys come right away and are always pleasant and very professional. Joe and Nelson are the BEST. I hope they continue working at Medford Pond for as all as we live here.

The leasing team here is great! They are always there when needed. Tamara has been helpful and Tom and Donna are quick to resolve other little issues I had. Dave from maintenance does a great job keeping his team on top of everything. Highly recommend this location!

So I just moved here about 3 months ago and this lovely woman Tamara has helped me the whole way through especially getting in and now that I asked to how to get to rescue kittens in she helped me all the way to find a quicker appointment somewhere low-cost so they can get their shots so they can move in. Tamara has been nothing but helpful kind and understanding. Sweetheart at its best. She usually has all the right answers for all silly questions.. I was that person. She has patience and honestly, everytime I called the office she's there. Great women and great leasing lady for me .

From the second we arrived to the closing of our home, Tamara made it so personable and easy. I can write a million praising words but it’s all as similar as such; you need a place? You aren’t a wreck of a human being? Go here, you’ll be treated with respect and they’ll work with you. Every single person has been wonderful and able to give us the info we needed. I was driving by and decided to stop in to take a look I met with Tamara who is such an asset to your company. She listened to all of my concerns and showed me a few different apartments to see which one would better fit my needs. I was amazed at how spacious all of the floor plans were and the amount of storage they have. The community was very clean and well kept! I’ve been touring many places and this one is by far the best in the area!

Assistance was provided right away, and it felt good to know the service was impeccable. Thank you to the maintenance team, who are absolute gentlemen.
