First, I am hopeful for improvement-- I feel like we were not provided the full details of the capabilities of the software. It is not as developed as they led us to believe; however, I have seen vast improvement while we have been working with them. I also feel like their "experts" aren't really as expert as they claim. There are several issues that we've had with utilizing the additional services they provide, so we've moved back to our prior provider for these services. I think the most disappointing thing to happen was the suspension of our account on the weekend with no way to rectify the situation immediately. This is a way to cripple a business, and hold that business hostage. Which is really disappointing.

This software and this company were a nightmare. After a couple of months trying to get set up, our agency just gave up and went with another program. We are a non-profit agency so every dollar wasted is money that could go to help kids. We are 9k in and still do not have working software. Do yourself a favor and choose a software that actually works and do not waste your money.

Billing Specialist, Renee Prather is extremely helpful and goes above and beyond her duties as a biller. She is diligent in pursuing claim issues and fights for resolutions as if it were her own money on the line. I have enjoyed working with her for many years.

I have been using MedEz or over 10 years. It is a very user friendly software. It saves us a lot of time and money in electronic billing and help us maintain a paperless environment. Furthermore the technical support staff is extremely responsive, very knowledgeable about the software and billing in general. I am pleased to recommend MedEz to any health provider without any reservations.

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Our implementation has had some hiccups but the team has been very helpful in correcting any issues. I am working with the billing side of the software and it has been much easier to use than our previous provider.
