Awesome venue! Nice & cool inside the venue, when outside the temperature was close to 100 & very humid. The skybox was a good place to see the stage. The attendant/server Geo was awesome. he made sure we had everything we needed & there was plenty of food & drinks. It was a plus that we did not have to wait in line in the bathroom. As there was a bathroom in the skybox.

Attended for a Cheer event for our granddaughter. Staff was friendly. The lobby and main theater was clean . The seats were stadium style so the view from each section was great!

My oldest son and I went to NXT No Mercy and enjoyed it from a suite. We had friends, family, food, drinks a private bathroom, and luxurious seats facing the ring. Highly recommend!

First time here. Came to see the Bakersfield Blaze Concert with Ice Cube, Cypress Hill and a few others. Had a good time. I purchased floor seats, not really knowing what that meant. I was a little harder to see the stage, I'd definitely recommend getting seating in the upper levels just to get a better view of the stage without having to stand up. The floor seats did feel a little close together, i felt like i kept bumping into my neighbors lol. I liked that there was many restrooms, because the lines can get very long. Paid for parking so that made it super easy. Had a great time over all.

The floor seats are too close together. You can't even sit without rubbing butts and sholders with the people next to you. I wear a woman's large, I have never had a problem with the seating at other places.

Easy walking distance from street parking. Easy access to get in and a cool place for an event. For some reason our row wasn't set up when we showed up even though the event was planned months in advance. Did eventually get seats set up before the event started.

Acoustics are terrible for concerts unless you are on the floor. Domestic beers $17 for tall can. Even then they run out before main act takes stage. Severely understaffed for sell out performances. Concession food is meh at best.
