Me-n-Ed's On Tap - Pizza restaurant in Clovis - 3150 Fowler Ave #107, USA

Not a fan. I am new to California style but something was off. My wife lived in CA for years and said something was wrong when I sent pics. It tasted like a thin crust pretending to be a self rising. Bottom was burnt. Not crispy. Crust was falling off. Just bland. And this place does not realize that sauce goes on a pizza. So dry. No way to do the beer wall and order a pizza on the same tab. Or at least according to my server at the front.

The food is always great here, but no matter what you order they will not get it right, and when you say that it was suppose to be different they will have an attitude and ask for the receipt. No apology, no smile like I was the one who messed it up. Then you can't sit were you want because the tables are always reserved for a later party even though we left before they came. I remember a time when customer service meant something. When you wanted the customer to have a pleasant experience. We never see that anymore.

I hate writing bad reviews but this is beyond terrible quality. If this business cares about service to the local community, I hope they can take this as constructive criticism. I've had bad pizzas before, but this is sadly one of the worst I can think of. Upon delivery the service was great, by that I mean fast. After opening our pizza and wings we noticed the wings were soggy no flavor and nothing but grease. The pizza has so many toppings on it that every slice is so heavy all of the toppings just slide off. The pizza is so soggy because of the toppings and the worst part is the dough is not even cooked. It is so undercooked it wasn't edible until after throwing it in the air fryer so I don't waste my money not eating it. I can't get my money or my time back from ordering this food and not being able to actually eat it, but I will say someone should look into quality control if you care.

Kinda hard to beat the Combo Classic with canned mushrooms cooked Crispy with a side of anchovies! Love that they serve a 1/2 picture of beer!

Francis A, was very rude. She asked for my ID based off of my color. I asked her, why she asked me and not the other people in line. Her answer was very rude. I never want to go back to this place again. Message for the manager, train your workers! They need to treat all people equal and not based on color.

Sierra is the best server there is! She is kind and beautiful and very helpful! Will come back just for her. Everyone else is fine too…

Pizza is great, but service is the worst. Twice in a row now, while waiting in line no one says "someone will be right with you," but several employees pass by the registers ignoring the line. While waiting I noticed it took two employees to take a empty glass and a pitcher to a table. At no point did I get a sorry for the wait or a thank you.

I recently had a concerning experience at a pizza place, where the staff displayed incredibly rude behavior. Instead of apologizing for their mistake, they served a pepperoni piece on a veggie pizza to a customer who is allergic to pepperoni. When the customer raised a complaint, the manager, Amber, handled the situation poorly. She insensitively suggested that the customer retrieve the pizza from the trash, completely oblivious to the potentially life-threatening nature of their mistake. Such behavior is unacceptable, and I strongly advise the management to address this issue and ensure the safety and satisfaction of their customers.
