I have to say the service was the best I've had in a long time. I had a problem start on Sunday night and parked in there drive over night. I did not call for night service because I didn't feel it was necessary, I had falt codes but it was still working. Monday morning they started working on it by 8:15 a.m. the head gasket was blown out on the high head on the compressor. At 11:30 a.m. Josh was running a pre-trip on the unit. He put the weather stripping back in place even on the areas he was not working on, and wiped his had prints off of the doors when he was done. I believe you are doing your self a disservice if you don't go here. My job was covered by warranty 100% hassle free.

Rolled in with an APU issue that needed troubleshooting to determine what component had failed... CCU board, capacitor, or generator. It happened to be a light day so they were able to dive right in and found the AC generator was not providing any output. They didn't have the generator in stock, but they worked with their shop in Grand Island to have the part sent in time for install first thing the next morning. Within a few hours they had it running and operational with HVAC and AC power back online. These folks really excel at customer service and do their best to accommodate your needs with a working solution. The crew here in North Platte are friendly, skilled and hard working. Hats off to them and MCT.

Took a few hours to get to me but got my reefer fixed and on my way quick.
