Just had tech W replaced RO filters on Apr 2, 2024. He has done professional job with tools well prepared in advance. Job was well done within 30 minutes. I am not just lucky to have good service. Actually MCS is a trustworthy company and I'll continue to have their services for the coming years.

Folks, I've read everyone's written reviews. And sadly I agree. I don't know what happened to this company. We had relied on them since the 90's, that's 1990's, yes that's almost 30 years. We recently had our drinking water system replaced - tank, 5 filters, the whole unit. But the water tested red zone. So after driving there several times, pleading, begging, they sent a technician to change the membrane, TWICE. It was still dirty water after the 2nd membrane filter replacement. The water was so dirty, there were white flakes floating in our glass bottle. They wasted our time, our money and monkeyed with our health. Dirty water = BAD HEALTH. And they lied to us often - "your city water is dirty", and " the sink has a hole leaking slug, " and lies, lies, lies.

This is the 3rd unit of water softener we install in our properties on March 2020. Professional technician to make sure your unit install in the right place, hiding water pipe and electric wire as much as possible. Sale representative understand what we need, gave us the right product and reasonable price. No over charge in my opinion (I got quote from 3 different companies and they have the best price with the same option). Under $1700 including labor fee, material, water softener, 5-stage RO water system, filter coupon, samples and freebies. They will also follow up how’s the work, the status of the unit. Make sure everything is function correctly. Best water softener company!

Not even worth a star. Terrible customer service. They don’t guarantee use of the membrane for a year. Not professional when we first tried to figure out the problem and later on they said we needed to change the membrane. Avoid this company.

We needed services for our drinking water system which installed less than a year. It is defective, we called and encountered very bad customer services from Lucy and another lady, she didn't want to give out her name. The technician was also not professional.

This place deserves no star at all! Trying to lie their way through to add extra fees for every single part of the system. I might as well install the whole system myself so it won't be any "broken parts" that need to be replace, hence BS fees!!

Try to get a system installed because the one we have is broken. Worst customer service I have encountered. I was willing to have all replaced. She just kept saying we don't have those filters. There was a language barrier I believe

Worst service and most greedy company you can get. Every time, even for a very simple question, their customer service would not give you an answer and say it requires a dispatch of their serviceman and thus a service fee for you to pay. I will NOT go with their service anymore.
