Excellent facility for active duty, retirees, and reservists that want to come in and get a solid workout in and it's not crowd. They also have sauna which is amazing.

Always nice and clean. They have spin and Zumba classes weekly that are excellent. They use to have massage therapists but the program went away during Covid. Hoping they bring that program back. I recommend.

Clean gym, good equipment, clean locker rooms, clean head, professional staff, 5 star for having a sauna. No military base in SD have saunas, at least not that I know..
ancient cardio machines are its only shortcomings. 24/7 hours and plenty of benches, weights, cable machines, and isolation machines far outshine that!
my favorite absolute favorite is a Zumba classes there they're so lovely and the instructors are so nice and sweet. And also they did a recent renovation the entire place looks amazing and has everything one would need in order to maintain fitness you must of course have base access in order to work out there but I would say it's definitely worth the jaunt
