It was my second visit. It seems like when the place gets busy, stuff goes wrong. The food is good overall, the prices are more on the higher end (but that's probably what they charge you in tourist traps like South Lake Tahoe). The service was slow, not active and very unorganized this time. After getting seated it took almost 10 minutes to get a server at the table. So we ordered drinks and food. It took another 15 minutes before we finally got our drinks. Food orders got mixed up with another table, service was very slow and excuses with "we have a lot of big parties today". Special instructions were ignored (mayo on the side) and the food for one table was not coming out in one batch, what is another no-go. When charging higher prices, the service needs to be better than this. If you get busy you need more personnel to cover peak hours.
Went to McPs Taphouse Grill in S Lake Tahoe This is an Irish themed pub on the Cal/Nev border Got there at 4 so to early for the flatiron steak so we had lasagna, fried and chicken strips instead. Very good Everything pricey like everywhere these days. Indoor and outdoor seating Service ok and had fun time Lots of tvs with college football
I went there for lunch today and order the Very berry spring salad and a strawberry lemonade with Sprite soda. My bill came to 38.00 - they are outrageous overpriced for a salad. The chicken was overly dry and the house made berry vinegrette tasted very good but had so many seeds from the blackberries that I couldn't enjoy it fully.
Chill atmosphere at least for lunch. I had the Tahoe Wedge salad which was a good portion and tasted great. The grilled stuff I saw on their way to other tables looked good too. I like and will probably be back during myv4 day stay in Tahoe.
Good brews, good food, and doggo friendly! The pup and I had just pulled into Tahoe as first timers and needed a "hello, how ya doin'" snack to get ready for bed. This was the first spot that caught my eye. I figured we would have to sit outside, but got some good seats while a local talent jammed on his guitar. The servers were very pleasant, and the vibes were mellow! Definitely a cool spot!
The nachos were great The Guinness fries were amazing and even better the chicken tenders.. You will never have chicken tenders like this they're crispy and they're light and they're delicious.. We had the rebite chicken tenders and it's enough to fill you up
Great food! Walked over from Harvey's which is only a few steps away. The food was delicious with big portions. We had the pretzels as an appetizer. They were great and really fresh. Then my son and I ate the buffalo chicken and pulled pork sandwiches. My daughter had a hamburger. All wonderful. The prices were good for the quality of the food and the size of the portions. Also had live music which was nice for the atmosphere of the pub
great food, service, and atmosphere! live music is always nice, too. espresso martini is expensive but worth it - sooo good!

The place is really nice, the water is crystal clear but very cold. It's worth it to pay the $5.00 fee to see this beautiful place. In the middle of it there's an old house, scary but beautiful.
Went with my daughter and husband and came from the heavenly line since the wait at the resort was 2 hours! They helped us right away and we were able to get all the equipment we needed in a reasonable time frame. The staff are super friendly and acc
Beautiful hike to Eagle Lake that took about 30 min after the bridge. This time of year there was snow and ice on the trail that made it slippery but was worth the quick trip up and back.
Took this trail to go to Cascade Falls. It's flat for the first 5 mins or so and then becomes rocky and risky at the corners. There is some construction work going on in the area so they have put up temporary boards marking the trail. Good job! It
