I took my HP desktop to Will at McPina Technology last week, I brought it over at noon, he communicated potential issues and prices (which I believe were very fair). The HP was stuck in auto reboot/auto recovery mode and the memory was bad when I had tested it. I had some memory from another PC, which Will installed along with a total download of Windows 11 and I picked up the PC 6 hours later working like new. I definitely would recommend McPina Technology to anyone need PC repair. I will use them again if needed. I might have Will build me a PC for Sim Racing in the future. Great work - my daughter's computer had been slow and mostly broken for a few years. Brought it in for a new battery, got a new drive with a perfect copy so everything still worked! And he cleaned up a few viruses/malware that crept on, startup processes that were not needed. And he was so fast, I didn't want to take it to Geek squad where they'd send it in, and we wouldn't have it for weeks. He had it done same day. Great communication, really describes things well. And yeah, very nice cats.

Great customer service. Adorable cats and kittens. Explained the possible issues/how he fixed it in a way I could understand (and I'm not a tech person in the slightest). Good price for the quick fix on a laptop best buy and Microsoft would not fix for me.

Absolutely amazing service. I brought in my Lenovo laptop based on the reviews that I saw here on Google. My system was running extremely slow. From starting it to opening programs to getting online. They all were a waiting game to see how long it would take for them to load and open (if at all). And even once loaded, they would function at a snail's pace. Not anymore thanks to McPina Technology Services. And talk about reasonable prices! I truly thought that I was going to need to buy a whole new computer system in order to function properly. I reached out to McPina when my work computer started malfunctioning. I had a good sense of what was wrong with it but was hitting a snag when it came to finding someone who could fix my particular issue. I would highly recommend using McPina Technology Services for computer repair. I have a work computer that’s super dated and the hard drive wasn’t working properly anymore. Will had excellent communication and the service was done professionally. I’ll be using him again for any future issues.

After a short online research I've decided to take my laptop for palm rest replacement to the specific technician. The amount of time of fixing my laptop, considering that is an old model was decent. Although when I tried to work on my laptop when I came home, I realized that half of the keyboard was not working. I took it back and he kept it more than a month trying to fix it. The result is that, still portion of the keyboard is not working plus half of the USB ports are dead too.
