I came to the skatepark to teach my nine-year-old twins to skate, everybody at this place was so welcoming and cool. They made my kids feel right at home, the skate park itself is badass! Zero complaints, everything is perfect! Can't say enough good things about this skate park and the people that go to it! Good vibes all day ❤️
Can't really speak much about the park most of the year but I was here for la fete de Marquette and it was fantastic, the park is an excellent setting for this charming festival.
Amazing night. I love the location and always great events there.
Music, friends, food and beverage. Many music festivals at park. Home of YumYum fest. Also includes skate park. Does lack trees.
A great park when there are activities.
Very nice park downtown Madison. Close enough to see downtown and the capitol but far enough away to be secluded and away from most of the action. Has plenty of space for a venue that can hold large gatherings and events. Also has a variety to do with a nice skatepark or nice walking trails.
Nice park for many music events, and Eastside farmers marke, and skate park.
Africa Fest was amazing!!! Lots of exotic foods, traditional African apparel and African music on stage. Great time for Family & Friends.
Great place to just relax and fish! Clean atmosphere and great views. I couldn't find any bathrooms nearby. I am not from around this area so, not sure where they're found. Overall, it's an awesome spot to distress!

Really big park tucked backed in the Far East side of Madison. Has a variety of paths or trails through wooden areas and in small creek prairie area. Really nice newer playground equipment, 2 bball courts, and 2 full sized soccer fields! Some really
Awesome spot for pictures, rock hounding, neat driftwood specimens, picnicking, dipping your toes in the water, and slowing down to remember how beautiful the simple things in life are. It's one of my favorite places in a city full of gems. I swear,
I am obviously biased as this park is in my backyard, but the new park shelter and playground are amazing. It is such a joy to have this in our neighborhood. We also helped get the Community Garden going this year, which was an incredible addition
Great little park. The perfect jumping of point for many adventures. Sits on lake shore path, right near Monona Terrace on the west, and machinery row bike shop on the east. Free parking after 6 and on the weekends.
A nice little park hiding only a couple blocks off Cottage Grove Road. A play area with swings, slide and climbing toys; also a large field for baseball, soccer, frisbee, etc. There's a medium sized pavillion with picnic tables, and a small (2- door
