First of all, the design of the store is classic and nice. Was it a mountain hut in the past? And the menu is extensive. There are many different types of hamburgers and it's fun. It takes a while for the food to be served, so it's best to go when you can enjoy it at your leisure. The staff's service is also great.

Food is good and the drinks are great. The service is totally different, slow and inattentive. 20+ minutes to get attention after the main course was completed. Lost the want to order another drink or dessert so I can't speak on those. Separately, the fish and chips were awesome. Cole slaw is a hit or miss to everyone so I try not to review it. The chicken sandwich was really good with the Cajun tots👌 the Scooby snacks were good. Definitely a bar food order.

Lauren was our server, she was very attentive and friendly. The atmosphere was perfect for a cold winter day. They had a fire going in a beautiful fireplace. The dimly lit ambiance was fitting for the environment. The food was great, and the timing of service was perfect. There are many of great dishes on their menu. The restrooms were very clean and had antique fixtures. Would definitely recommend 10/10. Thanks Lauren!

Seriously beautiful location, with lots of cool features to check out inside. The outside has a gorgeous moss covered roof, and lots of coverings for the outdoor seating to allow you to enjoy the weather without dying in the sun. The food is stereotypical McMenamins tavern fare, which is quite enjoyable. Love the cajun tots.

I had a great experience at Rock Creek Tavern! The tavern has a relaxed, rustic style and is perfect for a leisurely meal with family or friends. The food is made from scratch and is delicious. I especially enjoyed the Cajun tots and the bayou salad. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the live music adds to the ambiance. Overall, I would highly recommend Rock Creek Tavern to anyone looking for a fun night out.

This place is great, it is your typical McMenamins historical restaurant makeover with their spin on regular "tavern" food. Always do a great job all around!! I had the beer sausage platter(22.50) which was very good and my mate had a cheeseburger which was done just the way she likes it!! Worth a stop if your in the area!!

I was looking for a place to warm up by the fire, and found this place. It's pretty awesome to walk in and have them throw a log on the fire for you, and then find something to please your fancy off the menu. It was very cold, below freezing when we visited. It's a really neat story the building has, and the fireplace is really a treat if it's cold outside.
