MCM Eleganté Suites - Hotel in Colorado Springs - 6450 N Academy Blvd, USA

The customer service here is hands down some of the best that we have received (personally anyway). I'm on a traveling team of about 35 people & we were booked to stay here for 4.5 weeks, M-F. Plus there were intermittent teams that we also booked here throughout. These guys handled our motley crews with the patience of saints. We don't always get that, as we are teams who work grave yard shifts, (but for this job we switched to days) so right off we are highly misunderstood & weird by most of societies standards, plus it's hard to get 35+ people all on the same page to act right (if you know what I mean). These guys handled us with daily smiles, courtesy, kindness & plenty of jokes! Plus, when they seen that we all left just 20 minutes prior to the start of their 6am breakfast, they were kind enough to come in early just to accommodate our early schedules! They even posted signs on all of our doors so that we were all aware of the changes they had implemented just for us! Plus they have a kitchenette in every room, which is such a nice treat to get to have home made meals instead of fast food everyday. I would recommend them to any travelers who would ask, they have accommodations to handle big groups & a huge room in the basement for any events you are planning. They even have free laundry with several washers and dryers on site, that makes them in the level of unicorns, as in nearly extinct & a rare gem these days! Thanks so much to all of you! I myself felt as much at home as I think I could have felt away from home! I know I speak for quite a few of us at least when I say that we appreciate each and every one of ya! I hope to see you for the next job.

Rooms are very dated. Woodwork old and scratched up, Full size fridge was nice to have for an extended stay but was very ugly and dented up. Cleaning of the room was spotty, dog found chocolate candy on the floor when we arrived. Since this is pet friendly hotel, that's not good. Door near us (not front entrance) did not always let us back in with the card reader. Reported and it worked then stopped working again.

Great value. Service was top notch. Room was good. Only complaint was a slight odor. Not sure what it was but wasn’t enough to be an issue and we eventually got used to it.

The room is nice and spacious. The furniture is a little out dated The room does have a kitchenette i.e stovetop, microwave, full size refrigerator, dishwasher Wifi Cable channels The service provided is great They are very helpful Breakfast is served Free laundry

This hotel is very nice. The room was big and well stocked with all we needed. The staff was very, very friendly. No fun trying to retrieve my cat from under the king sized bed, but I can't blame the hotel for that. Kinda of tricky finding the entrance but that became second nature. Would definitely stay there again

How does this place rank as a 4-star hotel when it doesn't even have daily housekeeping? We were checked into a room with the drapes half falling off the rod and a burned out vanity light in the bathroom. Insofar as cleanliness is concerned, this was, at best, marginal. Laughably, there was an envelope for a tip for the housekeepers who never showed up in the 3 days we were there.

Safe and clean. Linens are high end. Bed comfortable. Full kitchen. Would definitely stay again.

Really Great Staff here! Patrick at the front Desk was great, always willing to help with anything we needed. True Gem! Then the Breakfast Lady was on top of it! Really liked the breakfast for a hotel of this price. For sure better than most hotel breakfasts.
