Great experience !! I received my Dtf machine fast and was able to set it up and start printing the same day, thank you jay for helping me set it up properly and being very patient with me .

This company sold us two "DTF Printers" which were the epson 7880s. Those machines are NOT MEANT TO PRINT DTF. They are good machines but outdated machines that print thin aqueous inks. They are inks for posters not THICK inks for fabrics. The more recent printers this company sells are also not meant for those prints. It requires heavy lines, built in circulation pumps, and printheads that handle that HEAVY ink flow especially the white. John sells printers knowing they won't last past 5 months of heavy usage. Those printers don't have circulation pumps. the heads are not going to last more than 5 months. $2000+ per head replacement + $800 labor. $2800 each 5monts plus 1-2 months down time whenever the tech feels like showing up. Include that in your cost to run the machine plus inks, powder, film, & labor...........

Would definitely NOT recommend this company. I now own a very expensive paperweight. They did not install the waste tank tube correctly and it filled the printer up with ink. The only way you would know this is taking it apart like we had to. Not a great experience! Now it’s completely ruined! Don’t even buy the ink, much better options out there!

I bought UV DTF been using it for 4 months now. no issue encountered, working really gooood! I recommend this company. Not only they have quality product but the service they have is good especially the customer care!

We got 10 printers from McLaud in year 2021 when we started our transfer business. We added another 10 units on 2022 and this 2023 we add another 15 printers, Total of 35 units. Their 24/7 technical support is top notch especially if you have a large fleet of dtf printers. We are planning to pair it with compact shaker once we secure our financing. Thank you McLaud team.

The McLaud team is amazing. Customer service is top notch. The company stands behind everything they sell from printers to consumables. We have been purchasing from them for the past year and now have 6 of their printers. They have helped our company grow at an exceptional rate. Jon and his team are professional and responsive. If we could give 100 stars we would. If you are looking to dive into DTF McLaud is the company. Just know you have to put the work in to figuring out your environment and run head cleanings every day. We consider McLaud a vital partner to what we do as a company and are committed to them for our future growth.

We bought 2 printers and needless to say they both don't work. The 1st printer was sent back to the company because the print head was supposedly broken. This printer wasn't even 3 months old at the time. There has been no true follow ups in regards to the printer ever since they recieved it, and when trying to get to the service person that's fixing on the line to call back is impossible. They always claim they will call back with the correct person to give you information and still nothing. Needless to say they still have the printer, it will be a year in October. The other printer has been on and off for a year. There has been issues with this one as well but it has worked somewhat. Now all the prints are coming out black, the dampers somehow have black in them (even after being changed) and when I speak to tech they have no real answer or suggestions about what to do. I'm sceptical about sending it in because they have had our 1st printer for this long, we might not get the 2nd one back as well. So for you people looking into this company, proceed with caution.
