Around 11 am walked up to the counter to order. No one was at the counter. Wasn't busy. Team members in the back were talking with each other. At least two made eye contact with me, but no one came to the counter to take my order. Waited several minutes and left. I hate being ignored.
Friendly staffs. Especially Sergio. He’s. Very kind and giving person. I was waiting for an order with my gig work and while waiting for the order, he offered me an iced vanilla coffee and French fries. I wanted to pay but he said “No need. I have you covered” it made me believe again that there are still good people in Los Angeles. May God Bless you and your family Sergio. And that also includes your team at McDonald’s. You’re gold Sergio!

Food was normal for McDonald's. They forgot my fries, and there was a spill on the floor that was not cleaned up on my visit. 3 employees walked right past it.

Former McD worker at another location. Came here with friends. multiple orders were forgotten, had to back and ask for missing items. Fries were overcooked and tasteless. Possibly because of uncleaned fry vats. Chicken sandwich was rubbery, hard and dry (like it was overcooked and left out), not even edible.
The dine in was clean the only think was there was a long waiting to order and also along wait to get your food I don't no why they take so long to take your order and than a longer wait to receive your food there's was no one in line not a customer in there.
I love this McDonald's. Orders are almost always right but when there is a mistake they are friendly and quickly correct the mistake. My grandson lives in La and I'm in Victorville and even my door dash is right and delivered promptly. Good job 👏 staff
