McDonald's - Fast food restaurant in Calabasas - 4785 Las Virgenes Rd, USA

Open on thanksgiving and I was craving fries too. I stopped by to get my quick McDonald’s fix. I ordered a two cheeseburger large combo with fries and a sweet tea. The cheeseburgers tasted as expected, one of my favorite simple cheeseburgers that I’ve eaten since I was a kid. The fries were also pretty descent and the sweet tea was great. Hard to really judge customer service because of the kiosk style ordering, but from the brief interaction I’m pretty sure they’re all cool. I’d definitely come back here again for a quick bite to eat.

extremely rude manager her name was “sabrina” working 4:45 pm july 3rd, she was extremely disrespectful kept yelling at my party , i asked for how long will be the wait for the order with her yelling “wait im working “ when she literally walked away. messed up my order 2 times and after she went to sit down with kids and laugh and give them free food. Extremely rude and she refused to give me the number to corporate. there is no reason for a “manager” to talk this way and especially to my sons cousins as they waited 20 minutes for 2 happy meals.

I love this place! Really clean , nice serving , there are no homeless people in there and really good food! Serving is high quality , clean bathrooms.The best thing about it and is the parking lot! Anytime i’m there , i have no problems to park. Now, this is my favorite place to eat in , and i have no doubts to go there next time!!

Service was great but my burger tasted awful. Was too far down the freeway when i took my first bite but was very disappointed. Service was fast and very friendly though.

The employees seem so miserable. Maybe they are understaffed? Idk. Every time I come in, there isn't a single friendly, smiling person. On the other hand the food almost always tastes great. I just wish the environment was more friendly/clean. Tables and restroom always need cleaning when I come in.

What a disaster! We gave up and went to another restaurant. while waiting in a long line for the ONE cashier taking orders, i tried to read the menu board. In 5 minutes of watching the menu board, it never showed the menu, but only showed commercials for products i didn't want. Hey McD's - Why don't you just show me the menu? Post your ads someplace else! I noticed that nobody was using a kiosk, and since the ordering line wasn't moving i went over to use one, but quickly got frustrated and gave up and realized why nobody uses them. So i took my family to Carl's jr instead. How sad!

All good, we order signature burgers, cooked on order, and were ready in record time. The only caveat though is that they need to pay more attention to the restroom... kind of neglected and odorous...Otherwise, everything else very clean, and attended, nice employees, good service.

This review might not be as good for this particular outlet as I have ordered only French fries which did not come up to the mark and did not have taste.Though served hot it lacked the salt and was not that edible.Had to throw off 2 packs out of the 4 that were ordered.Again this review is only for the item I have personally ordered in this outlet and other items might be good.The service and reception of the associate was good.
