McDonald's - Fast food restaurant in Lawrence - 70 (Travel Plaza, Kansas Tpke, USA

I used the kiosk to order and received it within about 5 minutes or so.. place is clean and they have an outdoor eating area as well as large restrooms.. plenty of parking.. pretty fast and efficient service for the hungry travelers..

The food was terrible. My family and I got McDonalds on our way home from Lindsborg, and all the burgers were dry. They gave us our food very fast, so I know the food was sitting out! My fam ordered a quarter pounder and got a double cheese burger, and it was super dry. We ordered large drinks, and they gave us medium drinks. The place looked nice, though, but the service/food is terrible.

The food was fresh and delicious for being McDonald's. Considering the staff was working on Christmas Eve and still had fresh food and crazy fast finishing times I was impressed. Not to mention it seemed to be a whole family that was running the shift and they did great. Only constructive criticism I have is the lobby was a bit dirty but still impressed.

This was a nice clean McDonald's that got our order correct and the sandwiches and fries were hot and freshly made and excellent (For McDonald's). For the convenience of eating here though, the prices were probably 40%higher than a regular McDonald's. The service and personnel made this location worth the additional cost.

The food was good, girl at the counter had an attitude. The restaurant was very clean as well as the bathrooms. However, we went to sit outside and we got ticks as well as our dogs. It's beautiful outside, but beware they have ticks. It's been a nightmare since we left.

McDonald's is usually, for the most part, pretty decent fast food. This was an exception to the rule. GROSS! I'm just sayin', ALWAYS, check your fries before driving away. These had to have been dipped down in semi warm grease long enough to soak them through and make them soggy, and I'm getting nauseous just thinking back. We hardly EVER order fries because we try to eat somewhat healthy. Just wanted to share a small, famous, wonderful McDonald fry. 🤮🤮 However, this time, it wasn't just the fries! The burger was greasy. I'm saying even the outside of the bun had grease all over it. I'm forgiving and always give a 2nd chance. I will choose a different location next time.

This McDonald's off of the turnpike is spacious and always very clean. Service is excellent. Five Stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It really annoys me they haven't got the dollar menu. I mean let's face it McDonald's food isn't very good. All it really has is the well it's cheap so it'll do. Their bathroom we awful!!!! All of the trashes in there were over flowing and sanitary napkins were on the floor. Several of the stalls had no toilet paper. There was also no soap. Watched a young dark haired employee in a grey north face zip up use the restroom and not wash her hands. She then went right back to the food station. I assume either she knew the soap was out or she was just disgusting. Somebody should definitely go over cleaning and food handling policy with these people. If my kids had not already eaten their bland burgers I would have asked for a refund. We wont be stopping at this one for food again. The store is nicely set up though.
