I want this McDonald’s to be shut down and thoroughly cleaned out. Disappointed because my wife just had a baby and this was always the spot for us to go grab a quick bite to eat. But I can’t have my 2 year old daughter eating at this place where there’s rat poop droppings in the food. Please fix this.
I ordered on the app did not have any option to cancel after noticing I made my order for the wrong resturant store. My fries tasted old & the frappe was not filled all the way whip cream was flat and there were no caramel drizzle when I believe I added it not too sure at this moment because the app sucks! It lags when going back and forth double checking stuff. App could improve by adding a damn cancel order feature or update delivery address, or store address. Sorry, don't mean to be rude or mean in any way but literally waited 45 minutes for this..
We come here because we can count on it being the same as every McDonald’s nation wide. Sad that they done have oatmeal any more! Lucky for me, they have delicious biscuits.
I hate being asked to pull up at the drive thru when no one is behind you. I have worked in food service and specifically at McDonald's most of my adult life. They were trying to protect the drive thru times. They said they were waiting on product by the fries were near the end of their life and the McDouble was lukewarm.
I've been to hundreds of McDonald's in my lifetime, but this one is definitely one of the best! I drive an extra ten miles to come to this location instead of the Poulsbo location simply because you can enjoy your meal inside the location. It means a lot to be able to eat at a table instead of your car. The food here is always fresh and served HOT, and when I order my coffee with 8 creames and 8 sugars, they actually listen. The staff there is friendly and knowledgeable and I highly recommend this location!
I'm so glad the playground was open. We didn't have to wait long for our food. Definitely will be back.
Always come here late at night for an ice cream fix, a mcflurry or hot fudge sundae never disappoints from here. They make the hot fudge sundae right when you ask for extra hot fudge and extra caramel, not just pouring it on top which makes the lid slip off.
A very busy place. I ordered my food, and when I got it, the order was correct, hot, and delicious. It has been a very long time since I didn't have a problem with McDonald's putting an order together. They even provided napkins and ketchup without my asking for it. A real plus. 😄

I've noticed they get overwhelmed with huge mobile orders around dinnertime (4-6 pm). Also it seems during that time, they don't have a lot of help, so be patient with the staff. They're stressed too. The staff are usually friendly and want to help!
GREAT FOOD! hard to find a pho place that also does good teriyaki, but they exceeded expectations. Great flavor and portions! All workers were attentive, even the cook!
